These people are the rudest, most condescending individuals. Do NOT rent from them, unless you feel like being talked down to, insulted and having your rental fall through for no reason. They are not reliable AT ALL. We showed up today and were nothing but polite. Not sure what bug is up their orifices (or if they just have a problem renting to a mixed race family or simply women) but our 8-year daughter and 5-year old son were both in tears the whole way home after witnessing the way they talked to us.
