Poor customer service. Rude to people on their lunch break trying to get important prescription. Changing to Belfast Pharmacy across the street today.

I don't know where they hire the people that work or so called work at this Walgreens But I think it's kinda pathetic when you call down to speak to someone in the pharmacy you are put on hold and there are 2 calls in front of youand you are on your cellphone in the store looking at the pharmacist she's not on the phone and the pharmacy staff person that is fidling with her hair and she's not on the phone so I'm not sure what 2 phone calls ahead of me were or if they just put all calls on hold. While I was walking documenting my experience I realized they don't like there job. They are miserable . They need all new staff

Constantly on hold. Automated prescription service works occasionally. Pharmacist refused to fill a doctor-order sctp b/c she disagreed. It was an ointment for my mouth.

The tech who served me was extremely rude, shrugged off any concern for not her problem. Had me wait for over an hour with no answer with 3 small children. Will never use this pharmacy again

I see a lot of negative reviews. If a place is understaffed this can certainly happen. My 5-stars review is for Roberta who works the drive-up window in Belfast. She is always friendly, efficient, and acts like a human being, a rarity in these tense times. Cheers to her and thank you.

The pharmacy is by far one of the worst pharmacies I've ever experienced. They keep people on hold for 30 to 40 minutes. The lines in the store as well as outside of the store are incredibly long. Even though they have the ability to be able to open up more lanes, I'm sure they'll blame it on nobody wanting to work. Of note ,they had this problem before covid.

The pharmacy has an attitude of scr—the customer which I believe starts at the top and rolls down. They speak as if they are doing you a favor, forgetting that if not for the customers - they wouldn’t be working there. Even my doctor’s office refers Belfast Drug across the street.

The pharmacy at this location is all over the place. Unreliable in communicating accurate fill times. The staff I encounter are rude and very unhelpful. At least pretend that you want to help.
