My brakes went from ok to not okay in a quick second. I didn't have an appointment but, I also couldn't continue to drive my car. so I stopped by VIP to see if someone could take a look at it. With no hesitation they told me to leave it with them and they would fit it in. Within 2 hrs I had a quote and by the time I got out of work it was done. I love the new texting feature which includes pictures, a list of everything they found and the detailed quote!!! Thank you VIP!

Our car started making a concerning noise a short distance from this shop (but hours from home), and the staff here couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! They got our car in quickly, assessed the cause of the noise, removed the broken part that was to blame, and got us safely on our way with peace of mind. I have always had good experiences at VIPs, especially when something unexpected comes up on a Sunday or while traveling, and this was no exception. Thanks for the excellent service!

I booked an appointment to have my F250s A/C diagnosed and repaired. I'm here for work and from past experiences, A/C repair can turn into a nightmare on the road. I called VIP because of their availability and weekend hours since the truck is needed for our work.
They quickly diagnosed a bad condenser and had the truck blowing cold air again. Candy was great to deal with over the phone and in person, thank you!

I highly recommend this place to change your breaks! Today I went to get them fixed, thinking I needed new break pads, but they found that I had quite a few major damages to the car. Leading for the car to stay for a couple of days to fix. They even brought me in the shop and showed me the damaged break lines, and parts where my car needed work on. They answered all of my questions with honesty. They are super flexible and understanding, even saying they would call me the next day to see how much progress they have done. Amazing crew, extremely professional and knowledgeable with their work!

I called an hour before close for patching a surprise flat tire and they were able to accommodate me and were very efficient and kind :) Visiting from Canada and felt helpless, they truly saved us today! Thanks VIP!

Drove 500 miles into town and lo, my front brake pads and rotors were done. Prob not getting back on the road tomorrow with a camper in tow to Carrabassett. VIP got me right in immediately and back on the road in less than two hours. Candy and the crew were extremely gracious, friendly, and professional.

Jason and Candy gave great customer service a few days ago and did a great job doing the alignment on my vehicle! I don't normally bring my vehicle to chain places like VIP but Definitely will be bringing my vehicle back for service!

I love the VIP in Belfast! I recently moved back to the area and needed help with snow tires for the first time. They were very informative and set me up for the winter. Now I’m back for a new set of summer tires and an oil change. Anthony has been especially helpful in guiding me through replacing my tires. I’ll be back in the fall to have them put my winter tires back on!
