The prices are the lowest in the Greater Belfast Area, most of the staff knows the working end of a tool and has good advice, and you can get prebuilt windows and doors of all kinds. I kinda like that a fair amount of the lumber is cut locally. They stock everything. EVERYTHING.

I have traded at Viking Lumber for 16 years had only the best experience. Their prices are good and their advice is excellent. I greatly prefer them over any of the box stores.
