I've been with US CELLULAR for a year after we moved here. Overall it's been good, a few instances where the connection is slow, Overall not bad. Today has been the worst, spotty if any internet, no wifi. I can't even call to ask what's happening. It's been getting this way for over a week, today it's in crash and burn mode. You can do better than this!!!! Now let's see if my post will go through!!!

I purchased a new iPhone and received wonderful customer service at this location from Laurie and Kaila, they walked me through the whole process confidently. 10/10 would recommend very helpful and wonderful customer service, ask for either of them!

Went in specifically to ensure we had service in Canada. The woman who worked with us was very pleasant but she was clearly pretty new, had to keep asking for help, and that didn't always come willingly. We were not told the phones needed to update, and had to be shut down. Cell service was lost on my phone at the border but my husband's phone works fine. Neither of us restarted but now that I'm in Canada with no service, I learn that my phone needs updates that were never sent to my phone, and apparently it can't be done until we are back in the US. So my phone is useless as a phone until we get back to the US, in 3-4 weeks, and I am paying for a month of no service. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. Unhappy with the error in belfast and unhappy with us cellular who can't send the updates Ota or by web link. They expect me to access the web for help but they can't send the updates? I must wait until I get home???? My one star is for us cellular and for the more experienced people in belfast who should have made sure the updates were completed on both phones. Dont blame the new person for your lack of training.

I've been a customer with US Cellular for the last 14 years. And let me just say I have never dealt with one of your employees as rude and stupid as your employee I believe her name is Kristen on 1-4-24... I know there has been some real changes over the years but I always waited until I could get my free prepaid upgrade phone well yesterday I went in with there being 50 minutes until the store closed as she told me she was closing at 2 p.m .She didn't have time to change my number or even be bothered with what I was trying to ask.. mind you there was only one customer in there an he was about to leave basically her attitude for being in customer service was very poor from start to finish she wanted to get paid but not do her job in my opinion.which costed your company a sale $ I just spoke to employee sienna Thompson and she told me that they do in fact still do what I was asking the other girl and that it was very strange that she wouldn't help me and that she told me misinformation. who by the way is one hell of an employee shes always calm patient and meetd thr needs of thr customers #makehermanager give her a raise.

It is very obvious that this particular facility has no desire to help the customer!! Same experience as in the past , have tried to get help there before to no avail. Gave up on them along time ago and went elsewhere, but with gas prices so high, thought I would seek help nearer to my home. Wasted trip and my time!!!

I have been visiting this store for years. The customer service is usually mediocre at best. However, today I went in to upgrade my Grandmother's phone and the man who helped us was FANTASTIC! Patient. Funny. Helpful. He went out of his way to delete all sorts of useless apps and other things clogging up the screen to simplify it as much as he could for her!! We were in and out quickly and then had one final question outside on the sidewalk that he figured out for us - while he was on his BREAK.Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but a HUGE THANK YOU!!

I've been a US Cellular customer for over 20 years and have always been happy with ever phone and plan I've used. My most recent trouble was a defective sim card. Lost all points of contact on the phone. Went in to Belfast Maine office their tech looked at home screen popped open the phone inserted a new sim card and bingo everything is working and no charge to me! Thank you !

Horrible customer service!! Nothing i liked was in stock . The phone i wanted they dont make no more ... if they don't make the phone anymore why keep it in the display? Everytime i would ask the guy a question if just felt like it was making him go out of his way to answer !I'm just very disappointed in the customer service in this store always have hated it . If the customer service was beyter they would have sold a 1,300 phone tonight ! And another tip , maybe you guys should ask your customers some questions and see if we need help deciding on a phone instead of sitting at your computer the whole time !
