“Yes, the credit app process is completely outdated and annoying, HOWEVER, I was able to stop in at a moment's notice, they printed it for me, took two seconds to fill out and since then the customer service has been exemplary. Always a person to answer the phone, they come regularly to top us off, it took two minutes for them to set up autopay and we get a discount for paying right away. And the price was better than we were quoted by Downeast, whose customer service is not only terribly lacking, but also incredibly rude.”
