We had to make an appt to go in the store and then we were accompanied by a sales person the entire time. Did not like the pressure and not being able to browse as you can in most other furniture stores.

I am so excited about the renderings I just saw at Perry’s Home Furnishings & Design that Vicki & Nicole created for us. Our room is going to be fabulous! They both listened to my vision of the room when visiting my home. They even stayed well below our budget! I highly recommend their services if you need to update any of your living spaces. They were even able to arrange delivery of some of the pieces in just 3 days! Amazing in todays world! I will definitely make another appointment when I decide to do any other redecorating. Thanks Perry’s!!

In need of furnishings for an empty 3 bedroom condo in Belfast, we found Perry’s Home Furnishings in a Google search. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, especially given the fact that we lived out of state. They took measurements of our condo, offered 3D design services, met with us over Zoom, and helped us select furniture and carpets for every room. Delivery services were exceptional, and we were able to completely furnish our home in a few short months, within our budget! We are absolutely thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Perry’s to anyone looking for great furniture at great prices and exceptional customer service.

I just had a sofa sleeper, recliner and rug delivered to my apartment. Needless to say, it is a small area. The recliner is perfect for my living room and the sofa sleeper is in my spare bedroom/office. The movers actually had to take a window out to get my huge sofa in. Not a scratch on anything nor a paper chip anywhere. The two movers are extraordinary and extremely polite. They made sure I was satisfied and everything was back in its place. Thank you Perry's and the movers.

For anyone looking for new furniture, I HIGHLY recommend Perry’s Furniture in Belfast. Kim is lovely, accommodating, patient and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. We have been going there for years - even before I was working full time. I am sure she has customers that spend thousands more than me, but this store and staff have never made us feel less than their highest paying customer. Today I was able to order a new mattress and frame (my first time having a frame as an adult) and a new sleeper sofa. Please support a long time local business that truly knows quality and only sells quality. I can’t wait to go back for more items in the not-so-distant future.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a mattress and waited the two weeks they told me that it would take. After another week, I called only to find that they FORGOT to call me for delivery. I understand that we all make mistakes and I wouldn't normally write a negative review but the person I was speaking to said "I don't know how this happened" and then tried to schedule delivery later in the week! She didn't apologize or even pretend to care and then I had to insist on an earlier delivery. Happily there are other furniture stores in the area and I will use them in the future.

Absolutely beautiful selection of furniture! Customer service is outstanding. Very reasonable delivery complete with cookies! Will be comfortably seated around the Thanksgiving table on the fabulous chairs we purchased from Perry’s! Highly recommended!

Amazing experience from start to finish. We loved working with the team at Perry's to map out our new Maine cottage living room. The in-home design service is excellent and what a delight to watch them "build" our room virtually and then see it come to life in our space. Truly a game changer for our home. Kimberly and her crew were so awesome and we couldn't be happier with our cozy comfortable living room. We never want to leave it!

I have purchased furniture from Perry's for two houses for almost ten years now. Every experience with all the staff, from sales to delivery, has been excellent! Prior to locating to Belfast full-time three years ago, my husband and I spent over five hours in one afternoon in the store with our sales rep, who was not only professional, kind, and highly involved in our search for new furniture for our new home, but also keenly attentive to our every need. Further, prior to our move, I gave our sales rep directions as to where all our new living room and bedroom furniture was to be placed. What a joy to arrive on moving day to find all our new beautiful furniture exactly where I had imagined it and HOW I had imagined it to look! More recently, I went on a search for new living room lamps and dining room furniture. Conveniently, since we were all mostly sequestered at home at the time, I could search Perry's vendors online at my leisure. As a result, I had many questions and concerns. Kim was extraordinarily patient in assisting me in choosing the right look and the best pieces for my space. We have been thrilled with the quality of all the furniture we have purchased at Perry's. And since Perry's has so many vendors to choose from, the pricing is fair; and one should always be able to find something within their price range without sacrificing quality.

We had an amazing experience working with Perry’s. I’m very particular with what I like and don’t have any issues with keeping a room empty for years until I find exactly what I’m looking for. Kim was more than patient with me and all my back and forth, trying to find just the right look. I gave Kim my budget and also what my husband was willing to pay and she surprised us both by working closer to the lower budget that my husband was more comfortable with. Seeing the 3D imaging allowed me to not only see the rooms potential, but also what I could and couldn’t do without. We just completed one room, but we’ll definitely be back as we fine tune some of the other rooms in our home.
