Friendly staff, always willing to help and answer any questions about your pet and the food, toys, and enclosures for your pets. We have a dog, a cat, and a rat. They have everything we need to keep our babies happy and healthy.

Has some high prices but if you're not the leaving the area it's a good place to go. Even if you don't need anything big, it's a great place to go in the winter especially with kids and you may find something you didn't originally plan on getting

Have been a customer at Foster's Family Pet Center in Belfast since they first opened on the other side of Rt 3. They've always been helpful, willing to special order items, and stand behind everything they sell. I'd rather pay 10 cents more (or ten times that but it's never been an issue) and Support Local Businesses.

I have a black moor my mom bought me here almost 4 years ago he's very healthy and we get everything we need for his tank from here. I go in on an off day to see all the cute animals and the friendly people who always work. most recently I was gifted two hermit crabs by a friend, I had nothing prepared and didn't want to stress them out too bad the pet store gladly took them and promised to send them off to a good home whos prepared for these two adorable purple pinchers. thank you for also being supportive.

I always thought the store was okay but then again they sell pets to just anyone without doing any type of check on them.....meanwhile those said pets are being neglected and mistreated and not fed right etc.There should be more laws on so called buying pets. If u adopt pets they take time to run background checks. This place hates doing the right things for the animals, they just care about $$$ revenue.....period.

Hi Fellow Googlers!Let me be frank and say, I'm very happy with this pet store. For a small store, they have a very good variety of pet products and small animals (i.e. gerbils, hamsters, bunnies, etc.). We have a pretty obscure dog food for our GSD. To our utter amazement, they have his Fromm food. It was very surprising and very helpful as we didn't want to drive to Bangor to make a PetCo run.They also have a good store customer program!It's definitely a place I suggest you stop in.
