Had the worst customer service there ever in my life...and by the manager! I used to go to this store quite often but after that horrible experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. My husband and I went to buy some lamps and were overcharged. When we asked them to fix it the clerk went and asked the manager and came back and said we don't do that. So my husband approaches the manager and asks if he can change it...first thing out of his mouth is a sharp no! My husband had to get down on his hands and knees to show the numbers matched before he would even take him seriously. Very dissatisfied with his management style I've never been treated that way as a customer.
