Had a check engine light reduced acceleration on a 2022 gmc 3.0 duramx at4 I have always fixed all my own vehicle's including enginge work valve springs transmission etc I bought this truck because I am a small business owner and contractor I use my truck for hauling my enclosed hob trailer I decided to bring it to stanley it's local and can get a shuttle to work I did my research the only cause of reduced acceleration is a coolant flow control valve so I mentioned it when I brought it in this is in May 2024 the reprogram the computer and said if the light closes back on call us the next day the light came on I called they said they needed 3 hrs to take the grill bumper headlights etc out to check the wiring harnes 2 weeks go by and 1 hr into the 3 hr estimate they said we need 5 hrs to do this 2 weeks later I got in for my appointment brought my laptop to work from the dealership a hr in they said you need a radiator it's on bank order and don't know when we can get in 1.5 months go by they got a radiator I said I bet the light is still on 2k for the radiator 9 hr job I had them do a tire rotation and oild change while it was in I picked my truck up didn't make it 500 feet the tire came off my truck! The next day the light is still on and part of my grill flew off going down the road they broke all the clips on a trim piece that didn't even need to be removed they had to eat 1200 for a new grill and all the parts rim and etc to fix the tire issue and what do you know they said I needed a coolant flow control valve the exact part I said I needed in the first place but that's on back order so I called gm to explain I need that part I can't tow my job trailer they called every week twice a week to tell me there is no new information we'll after another month and a half they got a grill and a rim so I brought it in when I picked up the truck there was 24lbs of air in the tire and they said they bead sealed it I sprayed the bead in the parking lot and they put air in it and I left 3 miles later I lost 4lbs of air I went to tire ware house and they took it off sprayed they bead and rim there is a hole in the rim and they said it looked like a refurbished rim so I brought the tire back mind you I took tires and rims off a 2015 silverado I had so I bout have my truck while waiting on the rim tire warehouse not only put my chevy rim on my gmc but torqued it down and did t charge me when I got home I noticed they broke all the trim clips on the front wheel well trim during the new grill install I have notified them and took pictures during this whole process the next day I got service esc service traction control service emissions and reduced acceleration they said when I brought it in that the computer can't communicate with the injector and the truck needs thay or wiring harnes during the grill install the service guy nick a solid dude and perso put his personal credit card in for me to have a loaner for the day I do not have a credit card he said the trucks going to be her a minute politely saying I'm not going to take my truck or have it for some time when they went to give me a loaner I don't have a credit card so I couldn't take it so I went to the owner of the business and explained the whole situation he said I've been very patient and yes I have but I'm at my end and he said he can wave the credit card and use my debit card but it will be a car not a truck I said I want my keys I'm taking my truck to a better dealership when I went to get my keys what do you know they owner waves me outside and there is a new truck beside the door they were going to let me take a new truck I decided to leave and take mine and never do business with them again even tho they still have yet to correct what they broke after multiple trips in it is worse every time they touched it when I left I was pissed I got lunch poped the hood everyclip for the ac line was broke the wiring harnes clips broke or not hooked up properly and flopping around DONT GO THERE !

I bought a truck told them I tow for a living they sold the truck with a lifetime warranty on the transmission that’s what made me buy it! Now the transmission is not covered a year later and this is 8,200 dollars to repair it, because they did not pay the warranty for commercial use it would have been 5,000 dollars. Guess they lost my future business and my family if you want a good deal go to quirk in Belfast they treat you so much better. Do not buy a car from these guys you to will get screwed over. Take my word for it! I am getting a lawyer and calling the better business bureau. I am upset to say the least. Sales man will tell you anything you want to hear and I even talked with the owner whom confirmed this warranty would cover me so all the way up the chain to the owner even lied to me at time of purchase. Not a good company. Don’t Trust these people….. sincerely Lisa J

On vacation in Belfast and a check engine warning light came on my 2021 Z71. Stopped in and Darren did not hesitate to check the code and let me know it would not strand me on the side of the road. The whole service staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Thx!!!

Very friendly . Did not put my spare away after tire change .Did not reset tire sensor monitor when rotating tires and did not reset oil change life monitor ! I had an oil change , tire rotation, and flat tire replaced .

I cannot say enough great things about Stanley’s collision center! Professional and friendly service!! My SUV was fixed promptly, the work was done beautifully, and they handled the insurance company!!
When I went to get my expedition I was thrilled to see they even went above and beyond and vacuumed it and wiped the dash (it’s a mom car- If you know, you know!) thank you again!!!
