In the entire time Dollar General has been at this Belfast location, I've never seen it look so good! Thanks to the hard work, and dedication of LaTisha Robert's, it's now a store I enjoy shopping in! It's become cleaner, well stocked, and better organized! 5 stars now, because it was a wreck before!

I love there store but u can never get thru on the phone got over charged and I live in Hudson and I couldn't get thru to bring it to there attention cause I know there drawer had to be over cause I was the last costumer cause she locked the doors behind me

I will go here before any other dollar general or dollar store again. The store is organized, clean, well stocked with great prices! This store is under great management!

I was surprised by this store. Store was well stocked and mostly clean. The best thing though was the staff. One was kind and served the people in front of us, who were a hot mess. Forgot wallet. Forgot item in an aisle. Needs to use two cards. Then a second order and kind of the same things. But the cashier was kind and gracious and didn't rush them or make a fuss. It was so nice to see. Another person came up and helped us. We needed balloons. Usually stores are super rude and hate doing this. They were super nice. Just kept plugging along and kindly placed items on the counter rather than throwing them back at us as the wrong the items through. Overall a great experience. A couple of irritating things thus not 5 stars but why waste space with negatives-the ladies who worked in the store were nice so I will be too.

I go there so the time. I find products they have say other stores much cheaper. The cashiers are wonderful, very helpful. If u can't find something they will come out on the floor and help u find it. Very considerate. It doesn't get any better! If you haven't been here yet, check it out. You'll come back again and again. ?

Love going here!! The employees behave the way employees always used to at businesses and should still behave, being kind and like they genuinely appreciate you coming to their store. It’s sad that being treated with kindness and respect has actually become a rare treat at so many Belfast businesses. Yes, sometimes other local businesses have workers that are nice and pleasant, but it’s rarely consistent. You just never know how you will be treated based on the moods of the employees. I have seen some scary stuff at other local businesses. But Dollar General employees are always consistently wonderful! So nice to know I can shop here and never have to worry about some weird inappropriate behavior from employees, like passive aggressive anger, unveiled disdain, obvious annoyance or even outright almost hatred, as if by coming there you are personally making their lives worse. I’ve seen it all over the past year or two in Belfast. Life is hard enough, no one should dread having to interact with employees of the businesses you frequent. And I promise I’m not a problem customer ?! I actually work in customer service. I just buy things, smile, pay, say thank you and go. Sometimes I feel like there is no hope in this world filled with self centered, mean behavior, but the employees at Belfast Dollar General always remind me there is hope and there are still great human beings like yourselves. You are truly appreciated. Thank you.
