Wonderful experience from start to finish. Having brake uses for months. Took our 2019 RAV4 to (2) dealerships Stanleys Chevrolet in Belfast and Downeast Toyota in Brewer, both of which did a very poor job, first, replacing the brakes, and then when they were clearly not working properly, saying there was nothing wrong. So we bit the bullet and took it Downeast Toyota, service said the pads needs adjustment, but they still were not right. Two separate trips to both dealerships, still not right. I noticed BJ’s Auto, they always have catchy phrases on their sign at Route 137, like…."we can hear you, check or brakes”
Sara the manager was wonderful, friendly, organized and efficient. They took photos of the problem and the car was ready when they said it would be. No more dealers for me. Thank you BJ’s!!

The explanation of the service both by the technician and the service advisor were very thorough. The printed service ticket, invoice and related information were also very detailed.
The only critique I would offer is the upfront amount to charge to diagnose a problem and the services/labor actually performed to remedy the problem - just a little better alignment there or a billing courtesy to align the two points.

Very impressed with the level of detail reported to me after my appointment. Having a printed report including measurements and photos not only keeps me informed, but gives me peace of mind that their work was thorough and of high quality. This was my first time using BJs, and I will continue to give them my business. Friendly and helpful staff.
