I went to Aubuchon Hardware, Belfast to take my Chihuahua to have his nails groomed. Paws & Claws has a little grooming center on the side of the building. We checked out with a new sink sprayer and the service was friendly and fast!

I arrive at your store to purchase items for a landscaping job, the lady in the green house was rude to me, she was listening to music with a head piece in one ear and ignoring me when I ask her 3 times for help to fund an item, a older white hair lady, then as I came to the register a blonde haired cashier older woman leaves to help a customer bring items to her car and I had no cashier to help me cash out. Until an older gentleman whom look confused as if why the cashier left. He put his jacket down and got on a register and helped me, I will no longer shop gor any business here again. This isn't the first time of the rudeness from these women.

I own a construction business. I go to many, many hardware stores almost everyday and aubuchon hardware in Belfast is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a hardware store. The employees look at you like why would you ask me questions. The employees literally give you an attitude I sat in the paint department after asking for help with paint. The lady gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes and then messaged somebody for help at paint and I sat there for 15 to 20 minutes with no help and then just walked out. There were only 3 customers in the store. I've also done special orders with them. They lost one of my orders and I had to wait 2 weeks beyond what they said and it was because they couldn't find my order in the back rooms I will never go back there

A nice average hardware store they carry everything you need they're a little bit pricier than home Depot but obviously you're in Belfast so.

Decades-long customer. Tried Curbside for the 1st time today. Easy Checkout with 10 percent off for trying. We pulled up and had barely clicked We've Arrived when our order was brought out. Friendly, Quick Service on a steamy hot day. Can't beat that.

Simon and Dawson were the best. I went to Aubuchon Hardware because I knew I could count on someone to help me. The screws in my mud flap had come out during my drive here to ME from AZ. Not only did they find me the proper screws but put my mud flap back on for me as well. All with a smile and hand shake. The personal touch and service with a smile is what I am so grateful for. These 2 young men will keep my business at this store. Thank you both and Aubuchon Hardware,

Great place with caring, professional and friendly staff. Bill helped me yesterday and went above and beyond for me. When I called back today to get more information on a product he had researched it and checked in about it with a co- worker. There was also a dark-haired young women there yesterday, Cora, also waited on us last weekend. These friendly, caring staff members make Aubuchon Belfast a very pleasant place to shop.ALSO, we are VERY glad that the store supports Finding Our Voices and that this month customers could round up to support this excellent organization, which supports victims of domestic and partner abuse.
