I called and he got me in to have it checked out. I was surprised when there was no charge because I was a veteran. The next week I called with a problem with my truck's brakes. He got me in the next day and repaired the brakes for the price he originally provided in the estimate. Throughout the process he kept me up to speed on how the repair was progressing. I've always struggled to believe if I truly needed "that extra part" or "this certain package deal," that seems to have no extra purpose, but to just get my money. I can honestly say VIP on 51 Bath road made me feel beyond informed and secured that my car was going to get taken care of, along with answering every question I had and they gave it to me honestly. I also had the pleasure of talking with the boss who was so pleasant and so understanding and reassured me I was going to get taken care of under his watch. My car was done within a few hours, so i was able to get back on the road.
