Originally I was going to give them three stars because they insisted my husband come into the office, for something that could have easily been done on Zoom, two days after he was discharged from the hospital and not 100% because she “didn’t have time to download zoom”.Today we received a letter from the IRS that Amy made a $15,000 mistake on our taxes and it wasn’t in our favor. So that three stars is now a one star.Sloppy work.

Amy is amazing at what she does. I’ve always done my own taxes but last year had a few things that made filing a bit more confusing / complicated so I decided to hire a pro. I was super stressed and nervous about the process / cost leading up to my appointment, but Amy was delightful, knowledgeable and made the process easy and stress-free. We have been going to Tax wise since 1995! Now our kids are going there. They are amazing. Our oldest is in the Navy and Amy was super helpful and helped him get his return all prepared before he leaves for over seas. They are great. We really appreciate everything they do. They treat you like family.
