“I have been critical in past reviews but today we had really good service and I feel I have to reassess my previous opinion. A package was late arriving because it was lost at UPS. Tracking information was very confusing. My husband took the half-dozen conflicting tracker messages into the post office and a very smart and patient clerk investigated, finding that it had just been delivered to the post office about half an hour earlier. Along with 100 other packages it was expected at our house tomorrow but apparently our inquiry spurred some hunting and the package arrived at our house about 2 hours later!”

“WOW!! That's all I can say...they went above and beyond. Shipped delicate antique lamps (and barbies) from Maine to California. Arrived in perfect condition and packaged like an art handler. As one review said "Bob should be hired as the manager of packaging for the Metropolitan Museum of Art" Service was great, he worked on getting me the best price calculating it over and over. I know I got the best price possible. He even listened to my conversation about buying a suitcase to put my barbie trunk in and check it with airlines to California, and suggested I ship it in the same box as the lamps for a couple of dollars more!!!! Movers would be put to shame by the expert packing. This is service with a smile. The owners are a delightful couple. Ship with them you will not be disappointed!”
