I have been a long standing customer, and have always had exceptional customer service from the Bath, ME location, they are Always friendly, courteous and understanding! I refuse to go to any location but Bath.

I recently needed a special recliner for a family event and reached out to the Bath Rent-A-Center. They were so kind and accommodating and kept me up to date on everything via text messages and had the recliner delivered right on time. I highly recommend them and hope to use them again in the future!
