“Went in today to get a couple of AC units and had the BEST experience. I shop here frequently and have always had a good experience, but today I went in with my almost two year old so my hands were already full… ?
I realized quickly that I would need help because the units wouldn’t fit in my cart so I had to go to the registers where the checkout person called someone to meet me by the AC’s and he was so helpful! He wheeled them to the counter where I thought he would leave them, but no he took them all the way to my car and loaded them in! I could have cried I was so thankful!

“I visited earlier today and had quite a special experience with a woman I'll consider a new friend named Joanne. I have a home in Arrowsic which was my grandparents. My grandmother was a gardener extraordinaire and I'm tasked with putting in a new rose bush and new plants for the fall now that the home has been renovated after their passing. Joanne walked me through everything I needed to do to ensure my success. By golly I hit a home run and I owe it to her! I'll be sure to invite her to the house warming party! Thank you Joanne!
