The couch shows no problems, but I could not be more confident that any issues with the couch would be addressed with the utmost urgency and professionalism. The owners and staff are lovely people. “Have been using a different RAC for years but they closed and this was my first visit to the Chandler store. I went in just to look at a recliner but I already had 2 items on contract with them and was planning to make the purchase when one of my contracts were paid off. The salesman and manager were awesome they looked at my account and made adjustments so I could get the chair today and the payments wouldn't start until my other contract was completed and they agreed to deliver it the same day. I also mentioned the handle being broke on a dryer that i have and they had a new handle there that they gave to me to fix that issue. After numerous years with RAC this location's staff and management are definitely the reason that I will continue to return”
