Had my mother switch to cvs from Walgreens and it has been a nightmare. Now cvs pharmacy doesn’t except phone calls but you can leave a message and they will get back to you “as soon as 1 hour” needless to say I’ll do the paperwork to switch back to Walgreens

Employees follow you around thinking you’re going to steal and the Manager with long dark hair and bangs is extremely unfriendly. She obviously hates people and should find another job. I shop at Walgreens now.

The worst CVS ever. The staff is inept, slow, and (can I say? )not very smart. They are like a bunch of elementary school kids thrown into a situation with no training, manners or common sense.

I have been with this pharmacy for 40 years. In the last 6 months they have been failing hard! They have a very rude cashier!!! Their waiting time is an hour constantly. They do not keep up with ordering and having on hand necessary prescriptions. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy is completely useless and rude . Don’t go there . They never have enough staff . They never have my sons prescriptions without it taking five plus days . When you call expect at least half an hour than when they pick up they are completely rude and act like you’re bothering them .They say half hour it will be ready takes two plus days . Go elsewhere if your life depends on medication. They will let you die !

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I once told a tech there that she should be getting a call from my dr any second because we had an issue getting a medication that I needed. She told me I’m not answering phone calls so it wouldn’t matter if he called…I have also been receiving false texts saying my prescription is ready. We eating in the 40 minute line today just for none of my meds to be in the system. F that place. I’d rather go back to Walmart

No matter how short staffed this kevel of unprofessionalism is uncalled for! I should not have to open 1-2 hours in my day to pick up meds and then find out their text saying it was ready was not true. An average 30min wait on phone on and an average 1 hour wait in person just to get a question answered. It is not short staff, it is complete and total incompetence!

Stopped by in 2020 while on vacation nearby to pick up an inhaler and omeprazole. I have never gone back. Had no problems with the pharmacist, she was nice and had my inhaler ready in abojt 15 minutes, but while I was waiting on the inhaler the cashier up front was extremely rude when ringing up my omeprazole.I gave her my number for CVS care card and she immediately demanded to see my ID - no other location has ever asked this of me before so I was confused. Then she demanded I list the name on the account, which I did, and she claimed it was wrong. I pointed out that multiple people in my family have separate accounts with the same home phone number and listed other possible names that could’ve come up, but she spoke over me to claim all of those were wrong too. When I asked if she had entered the phone number correctly, as my area code is out of state, she once again very rudely spoke over me to say she did and refused to read it back to me. At that point I was frustrated and just wanted to walk out, but still needed my inhaler and the medication, so I told her to just forget it and let me pay for my omeprazole. The extrabucks weren’t worth the trouble. Then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to sign up for a CVS care card! After making a big stink about not letting me use the account I already have!I understand 2020 was stressful and they are understaffed, but I was the only customer in the store and things were slow. Even tried to work with her to solve the problem and she not only refused to hear me out but wouldn’t even give me a reason for any of this. I have never been so disrespected by the staff at any establishment in my life, and I refuse to go back there. Now I just go to the Walgreens instead.

Waited 2 hours for a STAT medication. Was told pharmacist was doing a covid vaccine and I needed to wait… for two hours. Lady at the window was very rude and slammed the window door when I rang the bell after waiting for two hours and asked for an update!!!!!!!Keep in mind, this was after I got out of work at a 12 hour over night in the ICU! Very annoyed.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in the state of Maine. They are disorganized they are poor with planning and are slow cashiers. They currently have 13 people waiting along with 7 pharmacy calls waiting. They are horrible with customer service and even worse with their abilities to deliver decent service. They have lost my sons medication now twice and I’m standing here in the line of 13 people watching them just horribly handle this. I am astonished they have hired such incompetent people.

The staff here is completely exploited overworked and understaffed. CVS HQ needs to fix this. Script wait times are endless 6 hours to fill an inhaler refill. Literally only one person
