If I could give a 0 star review I would. Their customer service is terrible and it is impossible to contact the company if any problems arise. I was on hold for an hour just to cancel my service.

What everyone else says is true. 100 percent. Nobody there cam answer any questions when service is out. They take 3 to 4 times as long to restore service. Do not waste your money on these clowns. Pony up the money and find an adult run company .

The worst internet ever. It takes forever to download anything and you can’t have more than 1 person use the internet or it barely works. Plus calling and trying to talk to an actual person is impossible. You’re better off using xfinity
