They "installed" two sliding doors to our deck. Two of the double glazed windows have failed, plus the installation of the doors was terrible. CGW fired the installer, and sent another to inspect the work and I recall the fellow telling us "I can't believe we did this job." They leaked wind , and rain, plus the bottom track was not installed straight so the screens and doors never worked as designed. I have had no success getting CGW to remedy their mess, so I have had to hire another contractor to install new doors properly.

I would agree wholeheartedly with the other 5 star reviews. We replaced all the windows, the screen door and two sliding patio doors in our condo. The price was excellent, the quality of the product outstanding and all the folks involved from Paul, to Jennifer, to Brent and Austin who did the flawless installation, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great product, great price and fast and highly professional service. They show up on time and go beyond to make sure everything is done right, including installing our new window blinds which we had previously bought elsewhere. This is how things should be done but seldom are. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Such poor customer service, I called with questions and they did not give me the time of day, she clearly wanted to get me off the phone quickly, I don’t know if it was busy or what.. the receptionist sent someone to come measure our broke window and give us a quote. The person who showed up to measure was unprofessional and did not answer any of our questions, again was clearly in a hurry for some reason. I never heard back with a quote or anything at all. So much for trying to support this local business. Go elsewhere if you want professional and timely/reliable service. Sorry to leave a negative review but I’m highly disappointed.

Great people who provide a wonderful service. Michelle was up front about the potential costs, and got me in the very next day. The guys secured my windshield to my car and I was able to bring my car home the same day.

Needed some sealant repaired but didn't want to tear it out and replace the glass unit on the roof. The guy took one look at it, had a solution, had it fixed to my satisfaction. He could've taken me to town, but he didn't, and I'm grateful.

Our company ordered a big bay window that took forever to come in went to pick up and one side of the pane was broken. Was told to install and they would come and replace it. 9 months later after a no call no show and no phone calls and them ordering the wrong pane they finally came to replace the glass. An antique glass bottle was on the window sil. They broke the bottle and hid it on the floor and told no one. Completely unprofessional and would never recommend this company to anyone!

Just a great, local business. Family-owned. Though we live in Portland, Coastal was our choice to replace the windows in our historic district home - a complicated job that involved matching some very old windows and meeting stringent requirements. Service was at least as fast, if not faster, than Portland-based suppliers, and the end results were way better than what we might have gotten at a big box store. Very happy with Coastal.
