“This is a nice store and the staff is friendly. I hate to say anything negative about a small business, but there is an alarming amount of books that would be considered propaganda or left wing extremism. Think books about defunding the police and telling kids they can change their gender at any age. Theres also plenty of books from liberals but nothing with opposing viewpoints like Candace Owen's new book for example. I'm an Independent and I was taken aback by how ridiculously one sided it was. Its a nice place to go but I would only go there if you need some new fiction or some political propaganda.”
“I cant think of a better bookstore. I live eight hours away but when I come up to Maine every year I make it a plan to stop by and pick up absolute gold. This is the best bookstore I have ever been in and I have visited hundreds. It is a GEM. Don't miss out.”
