It’s absolutely appalling how nothing has been done about the person that work here and run it. I brought a couple people down yesterday for help (different times). Watched a volunteer rudely turn a mother way that was trying to avoid her abuser. When she tried to explain, she was shut down and instructed the tables outside were open. To which she responded with, that’s all snacks I would like to feed my kids. Nope told that oh well it’s food isn’t it. Dog in the food pantry wondering around. People that obviously volunteer or work there walking out with the “good food”. Not surprising considering the woman that runs the place is rich, heartless, and selfish, only does this because well she needs something to look like a good human. I will be making calls today to report the things I’ve seen in the past few weeks. After the way a DV survivor was treated they need an over haul. Thus has built up after reading countless post if verbal bullying and abuse from the woman that runs it(along with her mouth) and the volunteers. People being refused and reprimanded for say Hun, yelled at for asking questions, refused for the stupidest things, told that maybe they should work harder, find a place. People spoken about by the providers while trying to get help. Mocked and bullied. You are there to help not make them feel worse.

Yesterday under the food tent I was taken by the arm and moved by my arm underneath the tent by someone. I did not appreciate being grabbed by a staff member.

Might I suggest adding a menu of some sort to let people know what's being made for hot meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I called this past Tuesday and today ( thursday) to see what's on the menu as I have allergies and before wasting my gas ( which is expensive ) and I was told " are you the one who called tuesday? this line is not for this use " I replied with exactly what I just said. " I have allergies and would prefer to call before I waste the trip." Not to mention, if you don't want people calling and asking then remove your number off google. Although this is a great pantry and the food is normally good, I'd prefer a little more understanding for people who are brave enough to ask for help especially with severe allergies. ???? thank you.

Kind, generous and patient director and volunteers, I commend Kimberly for being well concerned and diligent in doing all she could to keep everyone safe from spreading germs while the facility was still open to the public. She is a very kind and generous director and everyone should give her thanks along with all the volunteers who give their time.
