A must when visiting Bar Harbor!Everything about Oli's is top notch. Ordering our tours was super easy online. Friendly reminders via email were so helpful. We arrived for our first tour super early as we wanted to secure a parking spot (not easy to do in Bar Harbor) and the woman at the Trolley was so kind and make a suggestion to us for how to spend the time before boarding. Our amazing tour guide and driver, Jim, was super personable and interesting, and even helped us find blueberries and took several pictures of my husband and I with the beautiful backdrops of Cadillac Mountain and Jordan's Pond. We had a great bunch on the tour, and can say that this tour was the highlight of our trip. Jim even recommended a great place to eat, and it was so good, we went back again for dinner! But the icing on the cake was again customer service. We booked a second tour for the next day, and woke up to crummy weather, so we decided to head home and skip our tour. As we had passed the cancellation policy time of 24 hours notice, I did not request my money back, but did call and leave a message to let them know we would not be attending, so they wouldn't wait for us. Imaging my surprise when I looked in my email to find they had refunded my money! We would (and will) be touring with them again, and highly recommend them to anyone.

Best decision we made for our coastal trip through Maine was taking this tour through Acadia National Park. Our tour guide, James G, was so great! He knows everything about Bar Harbor and the surrounding area. We were never bored and just loved the entire trip. The amount of knowledge we got on this trip, we never could have received doing it on our own. Now, I feel like we can go back and check out places that we want to see a little longer. Jordan's Pond and Bubbles was awesome, and we are going back for tea and pop-overs (I think that is what you call it....lol). Also, the trolly is really nice and clean, with great sound. It is covered so sun is never an issue. My wife and I recommend this tour with 5 stars!

We used these guys to show the kids Acadia for their first visit. We chose the 4 hour tour which was great. Some action and some rest for the kids. Our driver, Gary, was chock full of knowledge. I would recommend for families.

Great trip through Acadia NP! I had to call a few times to change our tour because we had to tenter from our cruise ship, and the were so helpful and accommodating. Our driver/tour guide did an incredible job of navigating us to amazing vistas in Acadia while informing us about the area. Our suggestion- a little more time for each stop.

On a very busy summer day at Acadia, the. 4 hour tour gave us adequate time at the most popular places without the nightmare of parking. Loved the time at the stops. However, for my taste, the tour guide spoke too quickly and never paused his rapid narration, making the ride feel unending. Instead of sharing highlights and a few interesting facts, he tried to cram in everything he knew, often interrupting himself to switch to a new story or comment that he had to speed up because he had more to say. Some pauses and silence to enjoy the scenery would have been appreciated. Worth it for the convenience

We had one day in Maine and since we didn't have enough time to go whale watching, we decided to book a trolley tour of Acadia National Park. We saw the signs and ticket booth just yards from where our cruise ship docked. We decided to book a 2.5 hour tour that goes into the park with 3 photo stops including Cadillac Mountain. It was $58 each. We literally paid for our tickets and were sitting on the trolley 5 minutes later. The tour is fully narrated and our guide was so knowledgeable! He grew up in the area and seemed to know everything about it . (He also knew many of the regulars driving or walking past us.). There were 3 stops for amazing, breathtakingly beautiful photos. You are warned that it's 15 minutes per stop so the trolley stays on schedule. We went all the way up to Cadillac Mountain and our guide was giving us facts about the park, the area, and its residents the entire time. If you have just 1 or 2 days in Bar Harbour I would definitely recommend taking an Oli's Trolley tour. It was enjoyable, informative, snd convenient.

We did the 2 1/2 hour tour and it was perfect. I have not done the four hour tour but I think it might be too long. Scenery was beautiful. Lots of awesome pictures. Our driver was very informative and knowledgeable about the park. I believe his name was Ken.

I did 2& half hour bus tour to Acadia National park on 10/8/22. Our driver Jim was an awesome tour guide! He was so knowledgeable about Bar Harbor & Acadia. Jim was such a great narrator of the rich history, geography & the juicy background stories of the Bar Harbor area.

There are several options for guided tours of Acadia National Park, but we waited until the morning to make a reservation and we were lucky to nab the last two seats on Oli's Trolley. We were fortunate to have Gloria as our bus driver/tour guide. She was entertaining and a delightful speaker. We learned about the fascinating back story of the park, those who advocated for this National Park, the workers brought from Italy to make it happen, and other fascinating tidbits about the wild life and natural surroundings. We stopped at four key spots in a 2 1/2 hour tour. I would have preferred staying longer at each stop and, one other tour did offer that, but we saw a lot and learned everything we needed. It was a great introduction to Acadia and when we return one day, we'll plan ahead better and invest more time in exploring!

Our tour guide on the Acadia National Park trolley was knowledgeable and friendly and the park, of course, is gorgeous. The tour consists of four stops in the park (Thunder Hole, Jordan Pool, Cadillac Mountain, and one other) for 40 mins. each and a narrates drive all the way. Then only nit to pick is the price. At more than $70 per person, it seemed expensive. A nice way to tour the park but thriller not cheap.

Helped us orient to Acadia and know where to spend time over our vacation. Our guide was Rick and he was great. Drove slow and steady - never felt unsafe or rushed - he pointed out interesting facts along the way. Hot day but AC made the ride quite comfortable. Highly recommend.
