Someone close to me visited the emergency department recently and received an excellent medical evaluation, and all the staff—admin, nursing, diagnostic, medical—interacted with care and compassion.

Went in for Surgery on the 19th of October and every one was amazing ,it felt like I was going into a spa day ,especially the friendliness and kindness of Charlotte . She was honestly outstanding and to kind .I do think she needs a raise a great bonus and a statue for her ,thank you again Charlotte.

We had to take our daughter there while on vacation in Maine. The staff was absolutely fantastic. From dr to nurses (Hillary !) we were in and out of an emergency room visit in about an hour and a half. They made her feel so safe and special, that she asked if we could go back! Great hospital experience for our little girl.
