SO clean & great location!!!
The Edenbrook Motel is absolutely lovely! ✨? It gives the convenience of a motel while also having pristine and comfy rooms!
The receptionist who checked us is was extremely friendly and gave us all the information that we needed for our stay. The room itself was extremely clean, with two very comfy beds. The bathroom was also very large and squeaky clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure!
The location of this motel is excellent ? It is about a 20min walk from downtown Bar Harbor. However, if you're not one for walking, the free Island Explorer shuttle has a stop right in front of the motel! This shuttle does a loop of downtown and you can get to Acadia natl park using the shuttle! ?️
We will absolutely be staying at the Edenbrook Motel when we are back in Bar Harbor!

It's a bit of a throwback. This is a classic roadside motel with immaculately clean and very dated. Like something from last century, for example, it has real metal keys instead of proximity cards.
Comfortable, clean, convenient, and quaint.
Nearby activities: Free shuttle to town and nearby national park provides by local businesses and preservation societies.
Walkability: Only a mile from downtown Bar Harbor and next to a historic hiking trail.

Stayed there for a night in July, rooms were clean and comfortable. We were very close to Cottage St. and all the shops of Bar Harbor too!

Looks like recently renewed, everything is new, very clean, super quiet split A/C and close to downtown Bar Harbor. With ocean view from room window. My unit is 77.

Very clean spacious rooms. These are very close to the national park too. They are just outside of the busy downtown area too which is good for night. The rooms appear to be remodeled. Nice comfy bed and hot shower with good pressure. Staff here is helpful too. I’d stay here again.

The Edenbrook Motel is a wonderful motel in a great location, very close to both Acadia National Park and the waterfront town of Bar Harbor. The room we stayed in was in the same building as the office. Much of it looked new, including windows, split AC unit, bathroom. The housekeeping staff should be commended, as everything was super clean, and there were lots of welcoming little touches. If you don't need to stay in a luxury hotel, then this motel is a gem. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our 6th stay, over a period of 35 years! We love the Edenbrook, it has everything we need as a base for our visit to Bar Harbor and Acadia - clean, comfortable room with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The centre of town is within walking distance, although the walk back to the motel is uphill and can be a challenge (the Island Explorer buses hadn’t started yet when we were there). We hope to be back again in future.

We were pleasantly surprised and happy with our accommodations.
This is an older motel but it was in good condition and clean.
The beds were comfortable and it was convenient to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.
Would recommend!

Slight musty scent to the room but was not overwhelming. The room was cleaned, and the attention to details was on point! Edenbrook motel was close enough to walk to downtown town for food and was only minutes away from Acadia National Park, which was our main focus for our trip.

Rooms were spotless. Close to town. Woman working desk was most informative as relates to town and suggestions on what to do. I would not hesitate to stay at Edenbrook again.

Clean rooms, very modern, heater runs well, warms up the room well even at night, bathroom a bit cool. Hot water takes forever to come out of the shower. Microwave and refrigerator available?
