Nice place to stay. Close to breakfast restaurant and sufficient parking. Rooms are dated and there is no space where you can meet other guests.
Walkability: Close to the harbor and restaurants.

We stayed for one night and were upgraded, thanks to the kind host! We stayed in the hotel part of the Manor. The rooms were clean and perfectly sized. The front desk man (his name slips my mind) had wonderful dinner recommendations and was super informative. I will be back at the Bar Harbor Manor again!

Very comfortable room with balcony. Impeccably clean! Personally extremely courteous. Well located. We will return!
