We kenneled our 4 German Shorthair Pointers for the day 8/26/24. So we could bike the Carriage Road and visit Acadia National Park -Wild Gardens. Staff were wonderful and our girls were content and well exericised. Meaning, if you are aware of the breed they need to run a lot. And there is not a lot of places to run your dog in the park. So I would highly recommend Dogs at Acadia Woods. Also, very reasonable /affordable prices. Thanks again.

Thank you for taking care of Tinka while we were in Acadia. She's typically very shy of new places with other dogs but she actually seemed to have enjoyed her stay with you. Thank you for providing such great service for dogs.

They saved us on vacation when we had to board our dogs last minute. They took great care of our 2 dogs! I loved being able to take them out for a few hours during the time they were there and then bring them back! I can't say thank you enough to these wonderful people who run the boarding facility!

We have a very anxious pup and was very nervous that he wouldn't go with lady at the front desk. The lady was so nice that my pup took to her so fast and I was in shock. I would recommend Acadia woods kennel to everyone that is in the bar harbor area. Thank so much Acadia woods for taking good care of our pups.

The groomers are kind, cheerful and excellent with my scared little rescue dog. The place is clean and the staff care about the dogs a lot. Highly recommended.

Was in Acadia NP for 5days.Wanted to hike Beehive and Precipice so needed to board my Shepherd for 1day.He has knees problems and all the workers were so nice, answered all my questions/worries, and loved my boy Ranger.Great people and location, and his knees were fine afterwards. 5/5

I was nervous about leaving him because we've never borded him but needed to for just the day. Very friendly staff and asked who my dog was as soon as I walked in the door as most people would do if you walked into another business and it was about you. I felt he was very well taken care of and would use them again if in the area.

I boarded my two medium shepherds here for the day, while we went whale watching, and this place was wonderful!. They made iteasy for us as first time boarders. Positivelyrecommend them!!

This was our first time coming to Acadia Woods for grooming. My golden retriever is very sweet but very nervous about leaving me. The staff was very understanding and kind and worked with me to have her done as quickly as possible. She looks lovely and is happily home now taking a nap. Thank you!
