“The customer service I received was outstanding. I believe the employee’s name was Matt because I heard someone else say it but I should have asked. I asked to see some rings but really didn’t know what I wanted, and also wasn’t sure about sizing. They were so helpful and so patient and picked ones that they thought would suit me or just that they liked. It was really fun, it felt like I was shopping for a friend. I ended up coming home with two of their picks!”
“Some of the absolute best customer service experiences of my life have been shopping in this store. The people who work here are helpful and super friendly. I always find what I need when shopping for gifts. My main complaint is that there is not enough plus size apparel on hand and I would purchase far more here if that weren't the case.The employees always offer to order online for me. “Melissa was beyond helpful. However, unable to use my 30% off coupon that I had received in the mail and then drove 160 miles (one way) to use it. Total purchase was $246.87. According to store staff, there has been a “change” in the usage. If that’s the case, I’m wondering why these coupons are even sent out anymore?

“Not always a fan of big corporate stores, but then people like Kaitlyn, at this Old Navy, remind you how wonderful of an experience it can be. Had to return an item I really loved, due to a defect, but couldn't exchange it as there were no more. She returned it and ordered one to be delivered to me. Her professional and kind demeanor were so appreciated and reflect so well on this store and its employees. Pleasure shopping here.”

“I had never shopped at Talbots before I had driven by many times and where I work changed the dress code so no more jeans - business casual. and I wanted nice cotton linen clothes, not microfiber / polyester. I stopped in on Friday to check out and see what they had. The store was lovely open airy bright, clean, well organized - Very different from walking into a department store and being overwhelmed. The lovely ladies who work there were very welcoming, sweet and kind. I believe their names were Jane and Christie. They made my shopping experience wonderful and we’re very willing to help and offered good suggestions and Jane went above and beyond to try to go find a matching top for these beautiful flower print pants that I fell in love with. And when I went to check out, they even explained to me about the one on one service with a stylist to help you if you have a special occasion, I’ll keep that one in my back pocket for the next time I need it. Overall, it was such a good welcoming experience. And I love the petite section half the store was petites and I am a woman that needs petite size pants because I’ve got a shorter inseam and regular size tops. I’m very happy with the two outfits that I bought and the store was on sale. Buy one get 1 and 50% off so my four pieces worked out very nicely. I will definitely go back the next time that I need some nice clothes and I would love to visit those lovely ladies again. Thank you so much for the help! ????”
