I am a new owner of a fifth wheel camper. Never had one before. I needed a part for my furnace and / or replacement. The owner and his hired help very rude talk down to me gave me the run around and did not give me any answers or identification on my furness, for my fifth wheel camper, I bought 2 parts from this place and got my refund. After threatening me to stop saying when I was saying on my complaints or he wouldn't give me a refund. If you are a single woman, do not come to this place. They will give you the run around.They will not give you any answers, and they will treat you like you're stupid and talk down to you. I would never suggest coming here for any reason.Whatsoever. I found another r v place in bangor that is very helpful and speaks to you respectfully and actually gets the job done to what you need. I will never come back to webb's RV Center for any reason. The owner is a woman hater and talks down to you. I would not refer any woman who is single to ever come here to get any parts or help from Webb's RV Center.

We just drove away with our new Grand Design Imagine! Webb's RV was at Fryeburg Fair where we met Galen, he was awesome! They worked with us for picking out the perfect unit for us (so many choices), financing and pick-up. We cannot thank Bo (from the shop) enough who got us all hooked up! The entire team made us feel like part of their family! This is a family run business not a huge conglomerate, well worth our 4 hour ride to work with them. We highly recommend Webb's!

Insurance Work - Chris, the Service Writer/Manager does not communicate with customers or his service team. In three months I’ve never received a call or call back from Chris on potential delays.
I had an accident back in June in SC, filled the claim a few days later while in FL, my insurance company wanted to hold off on scheduling the repairs until I got to ME, where I would be for a few months.
Spoke with Chris who asked me to bring my rig in a week later, mid-July. He stated that he’d have his team inspect the damage against the insurance company and that’d take a few weeks for all the parts to arrive and about another few weeks to complete the work. 6 weeks later only the roof was replaced and nothing else addressed or repaired. It’s now been almost three months and “still waiting on parts” and Chris never coordinated with Forest Auto Body for the fiberglass repairs until mid-October.
Today I was informed by their lead insurance repair man Cash, that Webb’s will no longer accept any insurance repairs on RV units that they did not sell. If you’re in need of repairs find someone else!

These guys were awesome!! We bought a 5th wheel; they throughly inspected the previously used unit and fixed all issues found! They also secured great financing for use and worked well within our budget!! I just cannot say enough about how much they made us feel welcome and like family!!

We had to take our 36ft Forest River RV off our lot because it can only be there (without a septic) for 110 days, such a pain...anyway, the storage is a great price, it's in a locked TALL fenced area with cameras. When we came to pick it up (we were exhausted after driving 6 hours) and I went in, paid and they told me where it was, go ahead and get it...simple, great price, they also checked our roof on request, fixed our water heater and adjusted our bump out(luckily it was under warrantee being it was only a little over a year old)...the staff was so helpful, kind and we are for sure bringing it back this fall! We are also thinking about trading in our 2024 Forest River Wildwood 32BHDS for a larger Destination RV. Even though we LOVE LOVE LOVE our Forest River RV, we really need a little more room in the bedroom & kitchen.

Pulled in about 15 min after they closed and super nice guy still there working outside brought me inside and let me buy what I needed and gave me a nice suggestion for an add on.

Webbs service department had great customer service in my dealings with them. Fixed three issues I had for less than $200, and delivered on time. Even arranged so I could pick up my RV when they were closed. Kudos to Chris and co. Nice folks.

Another reason I’m glad to be a customer of Webb’s RV Center: Our RV was in storage at Webb’s for over a year due to family illness and surgery. We finally picked it up yesterday, and Webb’s was kind enough to not bill us for the summer months when storage demand is low. Unlike many today, Webb’s understands that having healthy, happy customers is more important than every last dollar that you can extract! Kudos to Webb’s RV, especially Chris, Cash, and Carl!

We had to purchase a regulator for water pressure coming into the trailer. They were the only place that had them besides ordering it online. The cost was twice the cost of any place that would order it, but we needed it so paid the money.

We were broke down on the side of S95 on 7/2/25 with a TT, when we did a Google search for a RV repair shop, we found Webb's RV Center on Hammond Street in Bangor, ME. They were so kind to squeeze us in on a holiday week. We were totally satisfied with the quick and friendly service. We highly recommend their service department. Thanks again.

We are a full time RV family and this is our second Rv. We put a lot of thought and research into this specific unit.
We ordered ahead and purchased our Duplex in the fall of 2024. From the beginning the whole process was difficult.
Delivery was delayed multiple times. We drove 2+ hours north more then once to view it only to find out it was not there. Then after paying 80k+ for our unit we were informed we had to pay for delivery in cash the night of at 10pm. Very poor communication throughout.
They had to rush our inspections because the delivery was late and once delivered we realized some of the features were not working. We contacted our sales man the next day who gave us the run around for the next month.
He then sent us to service who bounced us from person to person for the next few months.
Our most recent contact was May 3rd when we again supplied photos and detailed listing of issues. He promised to call back on Monday with and update and it never came. I have emailed each week since.
The whole experience is disheartening. We purchased a lemon and now have to figure our how to fix it on our own.
We cannot recommend Webbs Rv, unfortunately we were just another sale for them and it does not appear they care.
If we could sell or trade in the unit we would.
