Choose your battles. Yes, they have good deals on meat and other things, but at what cost? Service is shoddy. They don't seem to appreciate your business and could care less how you feel about it. So like I said, just choose your battles, but don't go there expecting to be impressed. Get your meat and go. Amended. To the reply from WA Bean being below, because it won't let me respond: last time I called instead of leaving a review and you personally, Mr Bean, argued with my wife on the phone. No need to call as I said before if you shop here "just grab your meat and go."

We've been getting our meats there for years and are very happy. I would never go back to getting meat in a supermarket. We get our meat pkg. About once a month.

Yeah you just try to thank you for the closet main red hot dogs. Turned out this was their warehouse where they actually make the hot dogs and then ship them out! Called ahead of time for a tray of red snapper hot dogs, and the guy was nice enough to actually take us right inside in their cooler area to show us the freshly made ones that were hanging. And then gave us a pack of the Red Hots on the house :) Really sweet people. Hot dogs were delicious too. Just pan-fried them and they had good flavor!

CRISIS AVERTED THX TO A CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP!Made an order for my brother in Otisville this morning and mistakenly didn't double-check the delivery address ..it was being sent to me instead of him!?..thx to a caring, diligent service rep(so sorry I didn't get ur name) my brother will receive his package on time for Thanksgiving! Thanks so much W.A. Beans for a very needed service for my family! ❤

Ordered three smoked turkeys on Friday for delivery. Ask to make sure they were available. Was told that delivery my not be till Monday. That is fine. I called today to make sure delivery is still happening. No they are out of smoked turkey. Excuse was that the office was missinformed. Funny I remember being on hold for a while and asking several times to make sure that there were enough turkeys for me to order before giving my information. So either they were being lazy by not checking themselves or they sold the turkys I already placed an order for after the fact

They have no bone in steaks that’s just un-American… My suggestion is to go to Emerys Meat & Products best Tomahawk steaks in the Penobscot area period..

There meats are top notch. They are the best. Once you get there meats, you won't go back to the market for meats. The quality is so much better than the super markets.

Very very nice people however I ordered a pig from them for a birthday party they got it in on tuesday and I picked it up today. Well the party is tomorrow and the pig is frozen solid. When I called them to ask hey what happened here they shrugged and told me to run it under "Luke warm water". Unfortunately after this experience I will never use them again

They have great meat packages... Just don't expect anything remotely close to good customer service. Never question them about an order or a product. Ever. You will see the fangs come out quickly.
