Awesome place. Bought my tires through VIP last month and their warrantee has saved me already. I've been a customer for years and they've delivered speedy service for emergency flats, oil repairs, and the like. They've even informed me of major unrelated issues as they appear so I can get a jump start on them.

The Bangor (Stillwater) location is extraordinary--my son bought his first car from a private dealer and needed an inspection, tires and an oil change. John brought him back into the garage to show him exactly why the car failed inspection and continued to give him excellent advice. Ron (at the desk) was also the best in customer service and helpfulness. We won't forget our good experience at VIP Bangor and will be making it our only garage.

So happy with VIP service today. My car's engine light came on, but needed to head back home (~4 hour drive) with kids. It was impossible to find anyone willing/able to help...all were scheduling days or weeks out. VIP certainly had a busy schedule today, but understanding our circumstances they were able to fit me in a bit later in the morning. Both the front desk attendant and the technician were outstanding with communication. And, luckily they were able to do enough to get us home safely. The technician also took the time to explain the bigger issue and even point to it in the car (which my car dealer's service has never done before!). Never heard of VIP before, but will certainly look them up locally now. Thanks, VIP Bangor!

I went for a state inspection today. The service was great. The people are awesome. This is the first time I go there and I was very impressed. I will be going back! Plus I got a surprise free inspection!!

It is located in Stillwater Ave in Bangor Maine. Close to places to eat and shopping.
My personal experience was very positive. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. The service department is knowledgeable and exemplary. I highly recommend this VIP for all your vehicle needs.

Was in recently for some basic maintenance on my car and they did a great job overall. The manager did a great job of explaining the work they recommended doing, and clearly cared a lot about making the customer feel welcome and informed. They did the work I asked for quickly and I could feel the difference in the car driving home. I highly recommend this shop
