“My dog is 13 and is skiddish about any types of grooming. She had a bad experience with a groomer a few years back that resulted in her hip being dislocated. When it comes to such a sensitive grooming area such as the nails, I only get these done with the vet. Over the last year my dog has been avoiding walking on rocky surfaces or anything not cushiony. I check her paws regularly and try to apply salves and moisturizers thinking that was the issue.When I came into today for her nail trim, the vet also let me know they trimmed down her callouses. Her paws look 100% better and her walking immediately improved. So glad I too her here for the nail trim, otherwise I never would have known it was the callouses! They are also great with all the Covid CVC regulations.”
