Every time I order a package they won't deliver it and say either it's delivered or they don't know my name so they can't deliver the package. I literally escalated and sent them a complaint because they marked a package as delivered but I never received it. They told me it must have got stolen because the mail carrier stated they did deliver it. Well then WHY DID IT SHOW UP IN MY MAIL BOX TWENTY WHOLE DAYS AFTER THEY MARKED IT AS DELIVERED? not to mention my mail box is locked because I live in an apartment so only the mail carrier is able to put mail in my box. NOBODY STOLE IT you just didn't deliver it and then lied. And now another package is lose because you just won't put it in my box or at my stoop.

So I happened to visit about some packages that accidentally got placed on a hold and then the hold was cancelled so I was still told to come here to pickup my packages according to tracking. I had 4 packages missing and only one was there so I assume rest are out for delivery. Besides this, there was a tall gentleman working who was extremely rude to me. All I wanted to know is where my packages were and I told him I filled out a usps form for a hold. I forgot though I hadn’t had my second phone on me. He then accused me of lying and never filling out one and told me I should be honest if I want my mail. He then took down my address and I said it clear as day to him, he then wrote down the wrong address and embarrassed me by causing a scene saying I forgot my address. I was almost in tears before I could even leave. He then decided to be nice when another gentleman walked into the lobby. I’m beyond done with people who think it’s okay. If you don’t like our job then leave it! Don’t make it a miserable experience for everyone else.

I have a one year old puppy that's a husky mix and upon leaving my building my dog barked at the mailman and to tell you I'm already had walked past the mailman he was already on my porch and he started arguing with me about my dog being aggressive for barking at him. Mind you he was already past me and my dog on the steps and me and my dog were not an obstacle to deliver our mail. After arguing with me about my dog when I tried to explain he was harmless,mailman looked said you guys can get your mail next week. So because he got mad at me and my dog he refused to deliver the mail to everyone in my building. That is so unprofessional and ignorant just because he got a hair between his a**

Never had a bad experience at this post office. They're always very efficient at getting packages shipped out. Staff are always very polite. One of the better post offices for sure

I had a passport appointment scheduled for 945 today. I arrived by 920 and there was a crowd of people and other people who had passport appointments. The post office had not opened. There was no explanation why we called other post offices. Nobody had answers. It was supposed to be open. There was no one to call, no way to get answers. This is not how the post office is supposed to work.

Claims to have been to my address but couldn't deliver package!! I have a doorbell and was watching for the delivery!! NO one ever came by. Tracking then Claims I requested to have the package held for pickup at my local annex!! Never happened!! Tried to call but no one answers the phone!!

Consistently marks my packages as picked up by individual at carrier facility, when I have not picked them up at all. The packages end up coming a day later to my college but to mark it as delivered when it hasn't been is just pure incompetency.

I work at the plant in hampden, and i am going to let you in on a dirty little secret: currently, we sort out your packages by SIZE, not by priority or standard ( now called ground advantage). So it does'nt matter what you paid to ship it, it all gets mixed together as small, medium, or large. So why would anyone pay for more expensive priority service? Please dont take your frustration about this out on the clerks there- they are unaware of this just like you.If we actually start sorting packages correctly, i will delete this review.

Package delivery services falsified package delivery time. Second time this has happened. Just because I'm just outside town limits in a rural town does not give employee the right to lie about deliveries. Our mailboxes are on the opposite side of a very busy road from our houses making checking them especially after dark dangerous. If we leave our items in the mail boxes when it's morning and they get stolen it's on us. So deliver and don't lie or don't deliver and don't claim you have. It wouldn't be check mail risk dying or losing you packages.

Usually have no issues at this particular facility in person, but the past few days have been an exception. I recently received a notice that my mail was being held due to the front steps of my home being too dangerous to traverse in order to reach my mail receptacle, and that my mail would be held for 30 days at the post office, or until the repair was made (which is all well and good). With that said, I have gone to attempt pick up my mail (11 days worth) for three days now, and each of those three days, they stated that my mail was not at the post office, and that it could possibly be held on the vehicle(?). The employee I spoke to stated that he would reach out and see that my mail was available for pick up the next day.Today, I go to the post office, and the same individual happened to be working alone in the entire facility, and he was visibly distraught. He made his frustration known that no one else showed up for work there, and personally I don’t blame the guy. His customer service and speed of work was impeccable, and he was very apologetic to me in informing me that my mail was still not there, but should be by 11:30 today. My issue is not with the clerk, who was doing a wonderful job alone, but with this particular facility for being obviously understaffed and seemingly operationally disorganized. I hope that the employee that served me (Nate) gets some good reinforcements to work with, and soon.

Only giving one star because I have to. Refuse to deliver my mail to regulation mailbox for 2 weeks. Missing medication Bill's and my child's birthday presents. No notice of end of service. No notifcation your packages are being held, or where to pick up. No phone calls nothing. No ice in te he drive clear walkway. And yes mailbox is clear. Got verbal confirmation from deliver person that was accessible after last storm. Worst service ever. Guess their creed is a joke.
