Is 0 stars an option? Customer service? Is adding additional charges to bills without notifying the account holder standard procedure? Is being rude and dismissive part of the "experience"? Is your model based around frustrating your customers until they just concede and accept your substandard service at inflated prices? Going to have to look more into who's running this clown show.

First, I want to start off by saying that I have always had great experiences at this store.Today however, I encountered one of the most impatient and rudest associates that I have ever encountered.Very short verbally and impatient. I had three issues I wanted help with. She basically told me to call 611. I was a bit frustrated with my bill as well and without even looking up my account basically told me it is what it is.She wore a jacket over her name tag and refused to give me her first name. She accused me of snapping at her when I didn't raise my voice once, I was admittedly a bit frustrated by her refusing to address any of my issues save telling me to call 611, again not looking up my account until I insisted. But, again, I never snapped or was abusive in any way.Perhaps she was having a hard day, I understand that, but lying to me saying no one in the area has 5g yet is annoying.I don't want to get anyone in trouble, just you may want to fix this issue.Also told me, again without looking up my account, that insurance and taxes equal 100 a month.I hope next time the interaction here is better.

Man helped me with the settings hoping that would fix the dropped call problem and explained why they were opened later this morning, so I deleted my previous rating.

I've tried calling the Broadway store off & on all day & only got voicemail! Do they ever answer the phone??!! I stopped at the same store on Sunday at 2:35pm & was told the system was already down as they closed at 3pm. However, when calling the store, the voicemail says it's open until 5pm on Sundays & their business card says it closes at 5pm as well. Which is it?? The man working was rude & snarky & basically said he wouldn't help us. Do they always shut down the system 25 minutes before they close?? I've been a customer for a number of years now & am appalled at how my daughter & I were treated on Sunday! Maybe we should find another company to go through!! I'm quite ticked off!!!

Extremely POOR customer service. Walked in and felt like I was interrupting their conversation as no one else was in the store. Will look for another location to do my business

Absolutely the worst employees I have ever experienced. Would not do anything to help out so I had to call corporate to give what they said "they can do that but are very lazy".
