My package has been out for delivery since Friday 7/11 it is now 7/15 and it's still hasn't arrived but it's out for delivery. Use FedEx. And I emailed the store like he said. No response so much for customer service. FedEx came today what a treat.

I don't understand why UPS has such an issue delivering my packages, when other couriers don't. I bought some items on Amazon and for some reason they were shipped with UPS instead of USPS. I bought other items after these ones and they arrived quickly and without issue. The ones sent by UPS were out for delivery THREE times and rescheduled for no good reason. They finally show up in the middle of the night last night with the boxes nearly destroyed, items hanging out and delivered at the end of my driveway, nearly hidden, instead of on my porch. I almost didn't even see them where they were set. Not sure what the issue is with UPS, but I wish you folks would get it figured out. I waited 3 weeks to get packages that should've been delivered within a week.

What a fantastic team! Recently needed to ship about a dozen odd shaped large items, some were heavy, some were fragile and all had serious sentimental value. The UPS Store team in Bangor did a wonderful job getting everything where it needed to go. When I had questions I got an immediate response. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Very unreliable service from UPS in the Bangor area. Was supposed to receive my package 4 days (3 business days) ago and they have now held my package hostage in my city... and I'm just supposed to hope they deliver it? At some point? If they feel like it...? Do NOT ship with this company, very clear they don't care about their customers. Support the USPS.
