Terrible company, barcodes fall off clothes causing them to loose track of them. Once you realize you have missing articles of clothing and bring it to their attention they charge you for them. For one pair of pants they lost they charge $100.54. Would strongly recommend looking into a different company for uniforms.

Came in to buy some gloves at 4:30 pm on Apr 3rd. The guy looked up the type of gloves that i was going to buy. I usually buy multiple boxes. He had one of his co-workers tell him what type of gloves they were because he looked just irritated that i walked in the door. Then told me it would have to be the next day because he didn't know where they keep gloves at. I've honestly wiped my hands clean of this place. I can't believe the level of customer service is so poor and people are that lazy to not even help people and even try to look for them. Either he is lazy or they need to train people on product placement and good customer service skills. Honestly judging on his demeanor of when I walked in I'm going to guess he had his mind set to get me out of there as soon as possible when i walked in. I'm never going back...

Great service from Unifirst. Our delivery man Randy has been great. Multiple times people have forgotten items in their uniforms when they sent them back, and Randy has always found them immediately and brought them back! Always has a great attitude when we see him!

Here at Home Kitchen Cafe & Close to Home Subs & Burritos have the BEST driver! Randy or "Randy the Rug Doctor" as we call him, is always accommodating, fast, efficient, and always has a smile on his face! We love him and he sure is an asset to Unifirst and to US!

have been with Unifirst for over 10 years. We have between 40 and 50 mechanics at Pan Am rail. Our work is very greasy and our clothing pays the price! Anytime we have an issue, our diver Josh is very thorough keeping track of tagged clothing for repair, or replacement of damaged clothing. He and his supervisor David Smart keep us in clean clothes at a very reasonable price. We have had other companies in the past but Unifirst has been the one we stick with. Very professional driver Josh has made the service that much better. Many thanks!!

When we first ordered uniforms, we were told it would be 2 weeks to receive them. It was over a month before we finally received them. So we were a little skeptical at first. The only thing that has changed our feelings about this company is how awesome our delivery person is. Paul out of the Bangor Unifirst locatin is amazing. He is always going above and beyond to make sure we receive everything we order and is always willing to answer any questions we have. If there is something he doesn't have an answer for, he directs us in the right direction or finds the answer for us. So thank you Paul for your hard work and wonderful customer service! It is greatly appreciated!

We continue to receive excellent year-round service from UniFirst here in our Ellsworth store! I would like to acknowledge Paul - he's patient and polite while waiting for the opportunity to get to our rugs switched out (which at times is NOT an easy task).
