Had to ask and associate for a key to use the restroom. The associate said they would go get the key and left me hanging by the bathroom for 10 minutes. Then I found that associate talking to another customer, and I said, are you going to get the key they said, oh I don't know where it's at but I'll look for it in a couple minutes. I've found a manager who found the key and let me in the bathroom.

I love Ulta. They have great products, the store is clean and I love that I can order items online and then pick them up. My only complaint, they say they offer curbside, but whenever I try to pick it up, I'm stuck waiting... No one ever comes out and I end up needing to go into the store. Just say you don't offer curbside anymore.

I got my hair cut here today at their salon. Wow! Anna W. did an amazing job with my mess of hair and gave me a great and cute pixie cut. Everyone is so nice there and very personable. All of the associates were chatty, had smiles on their faces and offered help in each department. Also, this location is very well stocked.

TO ORDER FROM THEIR SITE IS A NIGHTMARE. AND THEN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, LITERALLY DON’T HAVE THE TOOLS NOR ACCESS TO SYSTEM FEATURES TO RESOLVE ANYTHING UNLESS IS BY ESCALATING WICH TAKES DAYS OBVIOUSLY MAKING EVERYTHING MORE UNPLEASANT. THEIR WAREHOUSE MIX-ORDERS AND UNFOCUSED WORK AND CS, NONE ACCESS TO SATISFACTORY CREDIT ACCOUNT OR RESEND, RIGHT PRODUCTS OR IMMEDIATELY REFUND ACCOUNT MAKES THE SHOPPING WITH THUS WEBSITE A NIGHTMARE HAVING TO MAKE A CALL EVERYDAY TILL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVE. 🥴🤨. IS AWFUL and not all CSR are kind and efficient.

It’s super nice that there’s more people on the floor to help but not when it’s a young girl who’s quite snotty! Hemp lotions were supposedly on sale and she picked out one specific variant and then told me the other one that had all the stock behind a sticker was not on sale. Watched her go around the store and then go up to supervisor on register and point me out where the supervisor actually made eye contact with me. Rude. So when I go through the cash register, it does not ring up on sale and I’m told it’s not the lotion. It’s the cream. But yeah, all the lotions are behind these stickers. $6.25. I put faith in the young girl as I have a brain injury and is difficult just to go into a store…was made to feel quite embarrassed 😞

The girl behind the counter (a younger blonde, maybe by the name of Taylor) made two ignorant remarks while I was being helped by her and then the manager; first regarding another employee and the second directly to me. The three up front, two younger girls and their manager, all seemed pretty incompetent to say the least.

Last week my partner went into the store to purchase an eyebrow pencil for me that was one shade lighter than the one I had been using. The person who helped him convinced him to buy two, the shade I was using and the one I wanted. Whatever, I could return the one I knew I didn't want or plan to use. I go to return it today, WITH my receipt. I knew I didn't have the card so I was fine with store credit. He doesn't have a rewards card so the purchase wasn't attached to a loyalty number, but I did have the receipt with me. They told me they would have to do a blind return and give me the lowest price that product had been sold at within the past month, that ended up being 10 dollars less than what I paid, which could be seen on the receipt that I had with me. So because he didn't give them a phone number at time of purchase, I wasn't going to get my full refund. No where on the receipt or the website does it say this. I asked the sales manager to show me this policy and she couldn't. I was willing to give any information they needed for a return, I know some places even require your i.d which is fine I don't mind doing that. She ended up entering the return as a gift return (even though I had the original, physical receipt) and was able to give me the full refund. So people who aren't loyalty members won't get their full refund even if they have a receipt? Or you have to ask a million questions and then they return it as a gift? This makes zero sense and there isn't a place on the receipt or website that states this is the policy. 2 stars just because the people were nice and I did end up getting what was paid for it (because you could see it on the receipt. Did I mention i had the receipt?)
