As long as you don't need to put many miles on the rental, you can get a pickup for the day after partial refund for about 50 bucks.

It's a good secure building but having to traverse the pipes to bring stuff into a unit was a bit difficult at points

Please do not contact this location. I called them and ordered a trailer hitch, and the wiring kit for a vehicle on April 28, 2021. Since then, I have never received a call back, and numerous attempts to reach them by phone result only in reaching the National Customer service number. I was also given the Store Manager's (Heidi's) phone number by her and made several attempts to reach someone there that way. As of today, June 15, 2021, I have not gotten a single call back from the store or the Manager. I have now spent a total of 80+ minutes on hold or explaining the situation to people at their national call center, and still do not have a resolution.

I've had my storage unit for about a year now and yes, I've been late with payments before, but they forgot to mention that they'll threaten to take your things and close your account if you're more than a week late on your bill. This is something I asked about before I even set up the unit and I was told I had roughly 2-3 months before my unit would be "compromised". They don't seem to give the correct information and as for 'clean', I hate going into my unit and seeing fruit flies and other insects roaming the halls of the storage units. I think it could be better, especially with communication. I understand not everyone or everything is perfect, but it could be better.

We rented two “pods” to empty out a part of our house. I was told once taken away they’d call me when the paperwork was done to tell me when they’d arrive in SoMe. I waited a week — no word. Called yesterday and waited 25” on hold before hanging up. Today, I’ve called 3 consecutive times for a total of 1h45” — on hold except for a brief time I spoke to a younger guy for about 30 seconds who told me he’d get me to the right person, only to spend another 25” before I hung up. Seriously... this is how business is done in 2021????

Clean buildings trucks are kept up nicelyEmployees are helpful and I really like using them for all my storage and moving needs. Sometimes I just tend the pickup truck because it's nice to drive around in a new truck. I like the Chevy Silverado

Place is a joke,rip me off big time,stole my personal belongings and lied about it.they should be sue'd,but I can't afford it. NEVER EVER AGAIN.and it's obviously the worthless manager.
