I rented through Trott properties for the past year and they were absolutely wonderful! Such a nice group of people to rent from and the maintence team is available when and if you ever need them. I would definitely recommend this property group if you are looking for a great affordable place!

I've been renting from Trott Properties for over 3 years, and in that time I have nothing but GREAT things to say about them. Good communication, great property, attentive maintenance staff and all around good company to rent from. Can't go wrong with Trott Properties!
