Had a fill and gel pedicure. First, the young man who did both was extremely rough- my foot massage hurt and he burned one of my fingers with the electric filer. He did not file my toes and left sharp edges - I had to go home and file/shape my own toes. I’m leaving the nail salon with my acrylic already peeling away from my real nail and when I pointed this out to him, he put super glue on it!! Careless, care more about getting the job done quick rather than the client being happy. Would NOT recommend

I’ve gone here a few times and had okay experiences other than not really loving my nails when leaving. I needed a fill and went there 5 days ago because they take walk ins. I left with uneven nails with rough edges. 2 days later one broke off completely. By day 3 another was lifting. My natural nails are also separating from the tips due to lack of glue and my natural nails stuck out on the edges due to how they were filed. I finally had the chance to go back today to have them fix it. The same person that messed them up is the one that “fixed” them. She didn’t take all of the acrylic and tip off my thumb before gluing another tip on and slapping fresh acrylic across it. And my thumb nail is now square rather than coffin shape like the rest. She filed down my natural nail underneath rather than adding glue like I was told would be done. She hit an already finished nail with the electric drill scraping the top coat off and didn’t fix it and cut my thumb with a wide, rough emery board. So I have to add a top coat to one, glue my natural nails on 4 of them and try to reshape the one that was replaced entirely. I’m glad I wasn’t charged for the “fix” because I’m less than impressed.

I never make posts like this ever! But as a service provider I am absolutely in shock. I understand accidents happen but safety and sanitation of this place is disgusting. I went to Super Star Nails on Broadway because I didn’t make an appointment with my usual girls and wanted them done today!! Always had a great experience there until now. I just went in for a polish change, my toes were just recently done and didn’t need trimming. She then cut me saying it was an ingrown and i’ve never had one in my life so it definitely was not. She then proceeded to not say anything and then put some liquid on it. My toe was burning and she said it would stop. That didn’t work so she tried to seal it with clear top coat! Then put it BACK in the bottle. That didn’t work so she tried again and then proceeded to paint my toe anyway. Without gloves or anything!! Then at the end as my toe is still bleeding she decided to go get nail glue which I then spoke up and said no. I payed and left with a bloody toe. Do not recommend, and no nail technician should be touching any ingrowns regardless.

Not a great nail service. Had an appointment at 1000 for a fill manicure and gel pedicure. I didn’t even get sat down until 1130. The nail tech doing the pedicure kept cutting me with the drill as she was removing the gel that was previously on my toenails and was laughing as it happened. The woman who seemed to be running the phone and appointment book kept asking why I was there and was super unorganized. I made the appointment in advance and it didn’t seem to matter. Im really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this salon.

It was not a good experience, everyone I was with got acrylic nails and they looked fine. My nails were crooked, and chunky. I originally asked for coffin and I they were filed a ton on one side and super thick on the other. They looked slanted. When I asked for them re shaped, there was miscommunications and I ended up just asking for them to be reshaped to almond. They now are slanted upward and do not look good. I paid $65 dollars for this and could not get a refund, because they thought I didn’t like the shape.

Jim did my nails and they were amazing! I was unsure about getting a set as it'd been years since I had my nails done definitely don't regret it and will be going back!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! If I could give no stars, I would. For starters, if you make an appointment here, expect to wait with the walk-ins for at least 1 hour. Second, make sure you have cash because they do not take cards. The third and MOST important thing I will say, because I could go on and on, is... I GOT NAIL FUNGUS FROM THIS PLACE. They obviously do not properly sanitize the tools they use. Will never ever come here again.
P.S They do not know how to do proper pedicures and the acrylic services are sub par. I'm sure you could assume that given the other facts I have stated.

I've been going there for years for pedicures, and have never had a problem. I've even recommended friends to go there. 3 weeks ago I was kinda depressed, and I thought I'd do some self care and treat myself to getting my nails done, which I haven't had my fingernails done since I was in my early 20's due to a bad experience. So I took the plunge. Scheduled the appointment for both a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure went fine, business as usual. Went over to the desk to have my hands worked on. The tech used a wide barrel sanding bit on my natural un-polished nails, and sanded my cuticles off; which hurt and caused me to bleed. No sooner had she started with the e-drill but two ladies came in; both wanting pedicures and one needing a nail repaired. They told the nail tech that was actively working on my hands to go start their pedicures, and the only other nail tech there repaired the new arrival's broken nails. Whatever. Since the nail tech that started my nails was doing someone else's pedicures, I moved over to the only other nail tech to get my nails done. The nail tech saw the blood on my torn cuticles, apologized, and told me wash my hands, but did not use any styptic gel (basically liquid band-aid) to close the wounds to help keep their tools and products sanitized, and jumped in with base coats, acrylic, ETC. I asked for polish and they did dip powder anyways, and then upcharged me for it. Some nails are thicker than others, and some are crooked as well. By the time it was said and done I had been there like 2 hours, and just wanted to leave. I called today to schedule an acrylic removal because they're growing out, and I just want them off. The lady that answered the phone did everything in her power to convince me not to, from suggesting they don't do that, to saying that my nails are fine, to telling me to call back tomorrow. I understand removal services are the cheapest service offered, but this is ridiculous. It's too bad as I will not be going back. Loyal customer for years gone like that, and a self care treat turned into a crappy day.

Absolutely amazing. They are all wonderful but I’d recommend Tiger. He takes his time and cares about his work. Thank you so much! The chrome is beautiful!

Not a great experience. The guy cut almost all of my fingers, he was rough, didn’t listen to what I wanted at all and the set was lumpy sharp and uneven. Not to mention expensive. My toddlers painted my nails better. Save your money and head to Jesnails.

The guy i had cut my real nail so short it made me say a bad word. He was so ruff it was like he was cutting a tree down. The only good thing about this place is they always have openings. Now i know why.
