Made an appointment for state inspection. Showed up on time to be told there are no inspection stickers left. A simple call or text to let me know would really have been appreciated.

Heard a really bad sounding rattle in my car and they were able to fix the problem for me in under 2 hours. Chuck was really great at explaining things to me as car knowledge can be extremely daunting to me as a young woman. I felt extremely comfortable here and will return to this location for any repairs while in school and others near home. Thank you again!

They didn't have a Zero or would have used that - their customer service is terrible and when they took over Stratham Tire they would stand by any warranty on parts that were put on there -VERY SAD BUSINESS -STAY AWAY FROM THEM

This was my first time visiting Sullivan Tire. Adam and the mechanic were both excellent. They took time to explain the reason my tires were out of balance and what they did to fix the situation. Also gave me good advice about tire pressures in 10 ply tires. I am very satisfied and will be back for my tire needs and will share my experience with others. Thanks.

I am so very happy to be going to the Sullivan Tire store at the Bangor Mall. Again, they came through for me. I had taken my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. It turned out that my two front tires would not pass inspection. Since it was late on the Saturday before Memorial Day they were not able to get the tires to the store that day. We worked together to get me the best deal on two good tires and made an appointment for today, May 30, 2024, to get these the new tires mounted and a complete alignment done. Since the two tires were all that was needed to ensure my vehicle pass my state inspection, that was completed, and there was no additional charge. Sullivan Tire’s policy is not to recharge you for a state inspection, as long as you return within 30 days. What a great policy and it is greatly appreciated. I cannot thank the team at this store for all they do, day in and day out!

Needed tires on Mom's car. They replaced two for a very decent price with mounting and balancing. Highly recommend them for most of your auto repairs. Staff was courteous and always contacts me before doing any work
