If u give a random card at some point in the billl paying process and spectrum wants money now, they will use any card on file when they know dam well we pay the bill on the 3rd of the month with an actual bank card!

This lousy service is always stopping. Today is October 27th 2024, I haven't had a connection all day. Can't get anyone on the phone as usual. This is the worse internet there is.

Took 33 minutes in line to simply return a modem after I cancelled the service the week prior over the phone. They opened at 10:00 - and I arrived at 10:01.
No wonder they are losing subscribers in droves every place there is a viable option to using spectrum. Insane prices and painfully slow “service”

SPECTRUM IS THE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER ON THE FACE OF THIS EARTH.
THEY ARE CONSTANTLY CONFUSED, THEY LIE AND THEY RAISE YOUR BILL.
THEY HIDE IT ON PAGE 4 OF YOUR BILL SO YOU DONT NOTICE. 4 times my bill has been raised. Only ONCE I KNEW ABOUT IT

Dealing with Spectrum on the phone was a complete nightmare!!! The employees at the Bangor store were amazing! They weren't just trying to make sales. They helped me out a lot. I greatly appreciate their dedication to exceptional customer service.

Spectrum is the worst, you have to spend 10 minutes talking to a computer, and wait another 30 for an actual human being to talk to you. You'd think with the high prices they charge, they could invest a little bit to customer service.

If you live in the Bangor area, just DO NOT opt for Spectrum. It's literally thee absolute worst. Waste of money. I have upgraded to the highest internet tier possible and reception/connection is still terrible. We don't get decent service in about 95% of our home. I've called and called and called. They'll send a tech over, they're here for hrs, they leave nothing is improved. They'll replace the modem and router, yet service is still absolute crap. They'll reboot and still nothing changes..... I don't think it could get any worse than Spectrum for internet, quite frankly. Just absolutely DON'T go with them for internet. Save yourself the time, hassle and frustration.

stopped in to get a new phone. Poor customer service. when asked about it, the sales guy said he doesnt care, as he doesnt get paid on upgrades. When asked how this was good customer service with the company, he said it doesnt matter, and he doesnt care.

I don't feel valued as a customer you start with a low price of $45 a month play Jack it up 20 bucks after you've been with him for 6 months and when you hit 12 months they jacked it up another $20 so then you have $55 startup Bill turns into 86.00 a month for internet they are all about getting new customers not keeping customers or showing appreciation to long-term customers once you join into spectrum internet they don't care about you anymore just want to suck you for all your money

DONT use spectrum. No idea about this store but I’m leaving a review for spectrum internet itself. Nothing but a scam company. I was supposed to only be paying $50 a month for home wifi and phone. And somehow that ballooned to $100 a month. Not only that I was charged for spectrum tv when I said I didn’t want it. They pulled almost $300 out of my account for nonpayment on a tv plan I never used and never even knew I had. When I called and complained I got told it was responsibility and I would not get my money back. Get wifi somewhere else.

Associates there were not very helpful. They had little knowledge about what was needed for a fiber. They gave us the wrong equipment and had to drive to Bangor to return the equipment.
