Every time I gas up with Shell the windshield washer buckets are always empty. How much effort would it take to dump some windshield fluid in every day. Probably 5 minutes time but they are too cheap to use a couple gallons of fluid. Spend a few hundred in gas and convenience item a month there and can't clean the bugs off my windshield. I need to get an Irvine Gas card.

They do not accept EBT here just a heads up, you can't use the food side or the Cash side of your EBT card at this location. A sign on the door would go a long way especially when your low on gas and needed to stop.

If you run a tuned car and require good fuel like I do, this place has the best quality 93 oct. In town by far.. my data logs back that statement up! Just wish they would get an E85 pump around here seriously sucks driving to Massachusetts every month to meet fuel demands..

Anybody can take a reservation, you just don't know how to "hold" the reservation! Seriously, we went up to the desk, spoke to the agent, he said they don't have any cars right now, but they're slowly coming in. 45 minutes we are still at the airport! Definitely a Seinfeld moment, not kidding!

Most unprofessional and racist service! They rented the car we were waiting for to another customer while we were waiting under the name of cleaning it. Extremely racist. They said we need to clean the car, then they called and said the car key is missing, they didn't know we took a pictographs the car. So we went back and the car was gone, right then they change the story of the car got towed. We asked for the copy. There was none. They rented the car. Our car stopped working and we were coming from Boston and we had to drive back.... Do not rent from them.

Note to travelers: this location is not right at the airport! You will need to take the complimentary shuttle and it's about a 12 minute ride. This was the first time I've ever rented a car where the representative came outside and walked around the car with me to inspect the car for scratches, and to show me the controls. That was great. What wasn't great was the state of the windshield wipers on the car. In the fall in Maine when the weather changes quickly, it's important to have maximum visibility when driving. It was dangerous to drive in the rain with the windshield wipers that were on the car. Went to Auto Zone to buy new ones to replace. Enterprise made a copy of the receipt and told me I'd receive a refund check in the mail but that it can take a bit. In short, service was A+ but can't get past the wipers.

We reserved a small SUV for our vacation to Maine. When we got there the only car they had was a Hyundai Accent. My husband is 6'5" and I am 5'11", we had my 91 year old mother-in-law with us. We told them this wasn't acceptable and they offered to put us in a P.U. truck! They said then the Accent was it. They said they would call us as soon as they got a bigger car. Brittany, the manager even said she would call us personally and bring the car to us. We exchanged numbers and left in this horrible dinky car. We never heard from Enterprise again. When we brought the car back, they couldn't get us out of there fast enough. We turned in the car and paid. We will never use them again. We rented with them through BJs Wholesale Club and we plan to let BJs know about our wonderful experience. My husband's neck and back are still sore.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy and quick rental process. The shuttle driver is delightful and full of great local information.

We picked up our rental car on 6/28 and it was a great experience. We waited at the airport for about 10 minutes to get picked up from the shuttle. The driver was very friendly and helped load our luggage. Arriving and the whole process of getting our reserved rental car was quick and easy. We did note on our reservation that we would need room for at least 4 large standard suitecases and they showed us first a very nice mini suv but with very little trunk room. They then quickly showed us a different option of a standard care with a whole lot more trunk room so we went with that. Overall it was quick and easy and the car was clean. Also please note that everyone in that office was very sweet and kind and had a great attitude. Thank you for making the process so smooth!

I got to say this off airport car rental place was the best experience ever in my car rental years and let me tell you that's a lot of car rentals....Brittany and the team were awesome....in and out no issues....car was clean and ready and the shuttle ride to airport couldn't be any more entertaining....loved the driver she was great....I usually rent on site at Bangor but moving forward this is my rental spot when I get in to Maine....Thanks Enterprise keep doing what you are doing!
