I love this pharmacy, the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and adequately available. The auto refills and opt in text when your prescription is filled makes it convenient and time saving. They most always ask questions to ensure you have an understanding of the prescription you are leaving with and make pick up easy and comfortable.

I’ve been to the pharmacy several times. Assistant is so very nice, but the pharmacist cannot be more unhelpful! Not willing to help. Does not look you in the eye. Does not recommend alternatives when they are out of something. I get the feeling like I’m bothering him when I come to fill a prescription. Would not recommend at all!

If you schedule a vaccine expect to be here for atleast 2 hours. They will not remove the dose to thaw until you arrive. Making an appointment is pointless as they wont be prepared due to their concern of patients not arriving.Otherwise theyre good, just not fast.

While they remain polite and attentive in person I have had more than one experience where the medication was noted as being unavailable, delayed, or otherwise more difficult than it should be to obtain. The final straw came with trying to obtain an antibiotic. While I understand there is a nationwide shortage, missing it for two days with delays has made an already uncomfortable illness that much more difficult to deal with.I understand medication being unavailable, but two days is a long time and could put someone's health in danger. This includes prior instances of medications taking longer than they should. Just go to another pharmacy, there are plenty in the area.Edit: I just contact the pharmacy after some confusion, the pharmacist spoke in a condescending tone while I was trying to get a mix up between two pharmacies settled. All so I can get antibiotics. Had I known any better, the pharmacist sound as if the change was taken personally all while I'm trying to get the information in order. No matter the perspective or interpretation, the tone was unprofessional and not okay.

I was really trying to stay with this pharmacy. It's convenient to pick up a few things at Shaw's when picking up prescriptions.Unfortunately, it takes so long for them to refill meds that I often have to go without them for a few days. In example, I call a ahead for them to be refilled, they say they can't legally be refilled yet. So when I call to have them refilled when I'm out, and have to wait a day or two, which creates a lag time with no meds. Also, I often have to come back for prescriptions that are together in the same order.This has happened so often that I just don't want to do it any more. It's time to start with another pharmacy.

I have been to many Pharmacies while traveling and the arrogance and unprofessional manner that the pharmacist used today was by far the most frustrating. I have had the same prescription filled by three other pharmacies in the past for years with NO issues and this guy had a power trip telling me that he had the discretion to not fill it without talking to my doctor because he wanted the wording changed.If in Bangor make a better choice. I had it transferred and will be picking it up in 10 minutes at Walgreens.

The staff here at the Shaw's pharmacy or osco pharmacy which it is called are very friendly are quick and accurate. They text you as soon as your order is done and usually provide a price in that text as well so you know what you're paying before you get there or you can bring a coupon code if you can't afford it. I docked this one star only because of the inconvenient hour-long lunch break they take between 1:30 and 2:30 I feel like they should split up their lunches and have some people go earlier or later so that there's always someone there to attend to and not an hour out of your day that you can't get your prescriptions especially if that happens to be the one hour that you have to be able to get them that day . Other than that very great pharmacy and very good prices.

I ordered my daughter's birthday cake on Thursday and picked it up. this cake is sloppy. the frosting isn't fully covering the sides, part of the frosting is covering bits of the image we had put on it. for $35 I expected so much better than what I got. very disappointed.
