Gel Manicure was done improperly and in the wrong order. My nails were not trimmed or shaped before polish was applied. There were bubbles and holes in the gel polish that was applied. My entire manicure was rushed and done in a very sloppy way. The woman was nice, but unprofessional or not properly trained. It also was not the cleanest salon I’ve been to. She saved a paper towel that was used to take off of my old Gel polish after brushing it off into a waste bin.

Horrible Experience. Went in for a full set and eyebrows. While getting my full set they looked fine, the lady doing my nails seemed extremely rushed and was going very fast. They looked fine and when they were done drying I looked at them and they were horrible, I mentioned it to the woman doing my eyebrows and she even agreed and offered to FIX them when she wasn’t the one doing my nails in the first place. When I told the OWNER how poor of a job she did and how crooked and not cured my nails were she ARGUED with me. She did not even offer to fix it and told me I was wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Any person with common sense would not have paid for the service I received. I even told them to take the nail off and the woman pretended like she couldn’t understand anything. She knew she did a horrible job and wanted to brush it off as nothing. WE PAY YOU for a SERVICE. Learn better customer service skills and practice on your nails. The other techs there are better than the woman with the first chair in the front.

Ruined my nails. First, the female part owner wouldn't let me choose the color I wanted...she said it didn't go with my skin. Next, I had an acrylic set by male part owner, and soon enough my nail became infected, the others easily chipped after. I went back and asked them to fix it, they removed the set and gave me a gel manicure when I asked for natural, probably to try and keep the nail intact. They even charged me for it! After this, I went to another place to have the gel removed, and paid for that service. Sassy nails spa owners are unprofessional, they ask for cash tips only! Wonder why...the place smells like chemicals, enough to give you a headache. They didn't perform well for me or handle my situation well at all. Pay attention to the pic with the pointy nail and imagine how it felt for the top piece to come off, and unable to do anything else with my nails. I had this service done for the first time in my entire life for a very important day, and it ended up in greediness, trying to hide tracks, and a poor quality of customer service. I still can't go in there to ask for my money back, because of the negative experience.

don’t ever go here! Just went with my best friend and they didn’t tell her the price of the extra long nails. Two in the middle of her service her nail person left her for another client and had someone else finish up the job. The woman was unable to do the design that my friend was promised and then tried to do a ugly design and couldn’t even do that one and when she told her that’s not what she wanted, the worker got angry that she wanted The design removed and said next time you have to be sure you want the design and I’m only testing on one nail after my friend had literally just said she wanted to make sure she liked it. She was dragging her nails, because of this treatment my friend decided to leave and get the design somewhere else. The woman then charged her a lot more than it should of been! Bad service, maltreatmentService: Acrylic nails

I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails. I have been seeing the same nail tech for the past 6-7 years and one day he unfortunately up and left and I was absolutely mortified to the point I stopped getting my nails done for a while. Months later I am getting ready to go to Florida and wanted my nails done for our trip as it was also a last minute thing. I looked and looked, debated, called around and then made the decision to go try out sassy nails as I do know a few people who have or do go there. I had JENNY & she was absolutely amazing hands down she could tell from the jump I was a picky and she made me feel very comfortable with asking me how I want/like things before doing them. THAT right there, in my opinion is a great nail tech.. outstanding Jenny, thank you babe!Service: Acrylic nails

Iv been going here for pedicures for a while now which are amazing.. I had got acrylics done in my home town that were awful and very thick I had destroyed them trying to get them off.. I came here asking them if they could fix them/ redo them. They went above and beyond redid all of them and did exactly what I wanted. My nails look natural, clean, and shaped nicely. Nicole you rocked it today thanks for everything today!Service: Acrylic nails

They were all very sweet, I had a really bad impacted toenail and let her know and I was nervous the pedicure would make it worse, but by the end of it my nail felt completely better. Ill definitely be going againServices: Pedicure

Well. It was an interesting experience. I got a regular polish manicure/pedicure for $55. I tipped $15.The massage chair had a pretty low intensity that you couldn't make stronger in the chair I was in (I had the blue one. There were 3 different types of chairs). The foot bath was ice cold. Like I-couldn't-put-my-feet-in-cold. When someone became available, I asked if I got my could get hotter water. They said oh absolutely. Partly drained/added hot water... I got cool water. I asked for it to be a bit hotter, and they were surprised, but repeated the process, and now I'm at lukewarm. Someone asked if it was hot now, and I said not really. My manicurist felt it and said "oh that's hot!" I touched it with my hand, thinking maybe I had acclimated as the temp changed. Nope. It was barely warm. I repeated that I would like it hotter. She did, but then went off in what I assume is her native tongue, indicating she wasn't happy. I wasn't really either since it was still in the warm, not hot category, but I just left it.The manicurist never asked which pedicure I wanted, and she gave me the basic. Which was pretty basic, but fine. I actually wanted the Chamomile, which was more expensive, but by the time I realized she wasn't going to ask, we were past the point of changing it.Over the course of the visit, the manicurist asked me 4 times if I wanted glitter. I said, "No thanks!" Each time, but by the time we got to the manicure, she just said,"we'll do glitter on this nail. " I had to firmly say "no I don't want that."My hands went into the UV light things between coats. I sat under the light/ fan bench for 10 minutes. My nails looked like this after I put my shoes on.It was a pretty underwhelming-borderline-terrible service. I tipped a bit more than I normal do because maybe she was having a bad day.

Only asked for a color and instantly started and completely destroyed my boyfriend's nails.Very badly done, cuticles drilled and damaged (hurts a lot), and extremely expensive.Wouldn't recommend if you want your fingers to stay intact.Services: Nail art

I went to Sassy Nails for a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails. The pedicure was rushed with little in the way of benefits for the “deluxe” option - 2 min hot stone massage on the calf.I had higher hopes for the full set but again, it was rushed. I showed the man the design I wanted - a matte base with glossy slanted French tips - and he said he could do it. Turns out he couldn’t. The nails were crooked, bulky and uneven. He attempted to fix but did not succeed. The owner took over short after an exchange between the two of them but it was so uncomfortable because of the tone of his voice and the arguing back/forth. Very unprofessional.I know the owner tried to make it right but anything short of taking all the nails off and redoing the full set wouldn’t fix the issues. The end result was mediocre. The nails are still slanted, bulky in areas. The glossy part on the mail is actually navy blue, not black (I didn’t notice until it was too late). I asked for coffin but ended up with mostly square shape. My finger started bleeding after intense filing and left my fingers sore for days.I went during a time they weren’t busy and showed the design I wanted. If it couldn’t be done I would have preferred them to say that vs wasting my time and money.I won’t be back.Services: Pedicure

I got a gel manicure! It came out beautifully! She did exactly what I wanted and more. Originally $35. Then additional $5 for 2 designs. Additional $10 for designs on the whole hand. Over all $55. At first I thought they were trying to play me. But the owner kindly explained her prices to me.I am very happy with my nails and will definitely come back again!
