I needed A new battery I went to Sam’s Club in Bangor, Maine, Sunday, September 29 and automotive department is closed. I couldn’t get a battery
I needed to go there today. Monday September 30th And Come to find out automotive is closed at 4 o’clock. And this is supposed to be convenient for your customers

I got new Tires on my car at the Bangor Sam’s tire center on Saturday August 10th. I went to Portland on Sunday with my kids thinking I had safe tires. Nope I got to Augusta and my tire light came on and had to stop for air. I had to stop 2 more times before I got home. On Monday I called to see if they could look at it to be told that they were closed until September and couldn’t give me a date. I find out today a week later that they are in deed open and putting tire on for people. I asked to speak with a manager and they said he would call me back. Still no call back. Tried to call again today I am told I can set up an appointment in another month. Transferred to my local club and nobody ever answers the phone. I want my warranty honored and my new tire fixed. Very unhappy customer.

Every time we try and gas at your pumps we have an issue. Not sure what's going on but the company should figure something out. We pay for a membership for a reason to be stuck at the pump for 20 minutes to turn around and go to citgo to gas. Very disappointing

We are members here, they always have what we need or are looking for. Store is always clean, well stocked & organized. Everyone is always friendly.

Spend $55 dollars in gas an can’t go inside to use restroom, because your not a Plus Member. But I could upgrade to plus an use them, All I can say is Costco an BJ’s.

I have been a regular customer of Sam's club over the past 2 years. We use this place often to spend over 15-20K annually at this club. And while the service was never phenomenal, the products saved the day - we would go back to buy good quality products at better prices than retail stores. That changed recently - I picked up 5 towels (different colors) from the store. It was billed under a single bar code which apparently didn't match with the bar codes being scanned by the exit guy (a delay you come to get used to while shopping at Sam's because there is no exit without absolutely coming in contact with the scanner guy). I was surprised that the guy quickly called a supervisor who in turn claimed I didn't pay for the towels. I showed the itemized receipt to her - but the damage had been done. Her tone and the 15 min delay in the process will not be forgotten. We complained to Sam's club - never heard back. Moved our business to BJ's.

Stopped here for gas. It was easily $.20 less per gallon than anywhere else around. Attendant was nice and smiled and walked around ensuring everyone was ok. While there was a line, it moved quickly. Would come here for gas again.

They were able to squeeze me in for a flat repair and didn't try to sell us tires that weren't needed. We were told by another place that our tire wasn't fixable so we came to Sams, bought a new tire and then they offered free repair so no need to buy a tire at all. I appreciate their honesty.

They had only one full service register the line was a 15 minute Waite . They started stacking produce by the pallet store is starting to look like a third world market .

Look at these entitled tw*ts with their poor reviews. Wahhhh, I'm Gerald and there were too many people who wanted winter tires on their vehicles and I didn't make an appointment early enough. Wahhhhhh! Dude, the tire department is busy because it's the best place to get tires. Period. Prices are good and they stand behind their work. The one from Philip. It's "corporate greed" to push memberships, which is how they make money. They are trying to turn a profit. How dare they? Are you really that up your own butt that you don't understand how retail works?
