Every time we try and gas at your pumps we have an issue. Not sure what's going on but the company should figure something out. We pay for a membership for a reason to be stuck at the pump for 20 minutes to turn around and go to citgo to gas. Very disappointing

We are members here, they always have what we need or are looking for. Store is always clean, well stocked & organized. Everyone is always friendly.

Spend $55 dollars in gas an can’t go inside to use restroom, because your not a Plus Member. But I could upgrade to plus an use them, All I can say is Costco an BJ’s.

I have been a regular customer of Sam's club over the past 2 years. We use this place often to spend over 15-20K annually at this club. And while the service was never phenomenal, the products saved the day - we would go back to buy good quality products at better prices than retail stores. That changed recently - I picked up 5 towels (different colors) from the store. It was billed under a single bar code which apparently didn't match with the bar codes being scanned by the exit guy (a delay you come to get used to while shopping at Sam's because there is no exit without absolutely coming in contact with the scanner guy). I was surprised that the guy quickly called a supervisor who in turn claimed I didn't pay for the towels. I showed the itemized receipt to her - but the damage had been done. Her tone and the 15 min delay in the process will not be forgotten. We complained to Sam's club - never heard back. Moved our business to BJ's.

Stopped here for gas. It was easily $.20 less per gallon than anywhere else around. Attendant was nice and smiled and walked around ensuring everyone was ok. While there was a line, it moved quickly. Would come here for gas again.

They had only one full service register the line was a 15 minute Waite . They started stacking produce by the pallet store is starting to look like a third world market .

Well all I know shipping and receiving had it going on I had an appointment at 0400 there was another truck back then before me and they let him know my appointment came first real nice people nice clean operation pretty simple no tricks there

very easy to fine the products I want. easy getting around with wider isles .prices are great compared to other stores .staff is very friendly and helpful.

This place has the rudest employees. They chase you down at the door the scan your mbr card. Used to count items when exiting againt recipr. Now HAVE to scan multiple item even when exit line is backed up. Last straw is being told busness mbr no longer get to shop early hours. Done with Sam's

One stop shop right here folks. Groceries to Toolz. What better way to shop than all at one place. Been coming here since I was a kid. One of my favorite places to browse/shop!
