The roof is leaking so badly that there's always ceiling tiles removed and badly stained. The pharmacy is OK but can be slow. The staff at the front have always been very friendly when I've been there.

They said my prescription was ready I go to the pharmacy and they hand me my filled prescription and then tell me my insurance didn’t go through so I gave it back to them and called my doctors office because I had been without my medication for a couple days and then they tell my doctor they don’t have it in stock they have to order it and they don’t know when it’ll be available!! Also there hours are changing to closing at 7pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays!!

I sat on hold for 30 minutes the recording kept saying there was one caller ahead of me then I could hear them pick up the phone then hang up this happen several times. This happens every time I call the union street. I call the walgreens in Brewer they helped me .

They lost one of my prescriptions, maybe gave it to someone else with all my personal info on it. They run out of meds and they keep putting one of my sons inhalers through as the generic brand when our insurance doesn't pay for that particular generic, I have spoken to them 3 times about it. Inhalers are meds that you can't miss too many doses. I switched pharmacies and Walgreens is still causing problems getting refills at my new pharmacy. I know they are chronically understaffed, I get that. But that doesn't excuse them losing my prescriptions and my son and I not having our inhalers because they're out of stock or the "system" put in the wrong meds that my insurance won't pay for. They really should close this location and transfer the workers the Broadway or Brewer stores. Go somewhere else.

Being on hold for over an hour doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating! That is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I was on hold for 22 minutes with 2 people ahead of me which then turned to 1 person ahead of me for another 60 minutes. THAT is uncalled for! So you were on the phone with the 1 person ahead of me for an hour ?????

I have been using this store for year's and good people do work there but the new management is vary rude and short with employees and customers. If she didn't work their the atmosphere wouldn't be so tense.. The pharmacy employees are vary helpful and considerate ..

Please hire more people in the pharmacy area. PLEASE. Or utilize some of the floor staff to help run the check out in the pharmacy. Even the pharmacist could help? Or the store manager? It is brutal to have one poor, lone person running the register and the drive-through window, while also setting up flu shots.Thank you.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Been using this pharmacy for many years. They CANNOT get auto refill to work correctly for me over the last 2 years with zero explanation.....they even seem to get irritated when asked what the issue is. Horrible. Transferred to Bangor Drug.

18 min on hold to speak to a pharmacy staff member and the auto message robot states that "there is one caller ahead of you" every 45 seconds or so, which is very annoying, and the one caller is probably on hold for 18 minutes or more just like I am. Finally hung up after I do every time when I call. The only way to talk to someone is to drive down there in person. Very ridiculous! Bangor has the worst Walgreens I've ever seen in my life. I have not been hung up at the Union Street location but after holding for 15 or 20 minutes at the Broadway location the staff just picks up the phone and hangs it right back up without saying hello. Happened at least five times in the past. It's awful.

The worst.I waited forever for my prescription. The lady behind the pharmacy counter told everyone in line she was sorry it took so long to be served. She stated the reason for the wait was because she was the only one there.Yet I seen the pharmacist standing at the other counter doing nothing and the manager and a clerk talking about their personal life’s at the counter in the front of the store with the pharmacy line very visible to all of them. Yet they didn’t do anything to resolve the situation. Not a team run store !

It’s good to know that the worst part about being sick isn’t actually being sick, it’s having to deal with this Walgreens. I would literally rather be ill than have to further consort with this poor excuse for a pharmacy chain. However, they are dependable. By that I mean, I can depend on them to keep me on hold for over an hour just to hang up. I can depend on having to come back for a correction. I can depend on wasting my time in the pharmacy line. And most of all, I can depend on the fact that I need to find a new pharmacy.
